After weeks of failed attempts to make contact I decided to email them. After several back and forth emails over the course of a few days (they only send responses in the middle of the night) I requested someone call me directly to book an appointment because I was told that time slots available on the website were actually NOT available. I never heard back despite continued follow up. When contacting Groupon to put in a claim I was advised there were many complaints for the same reason. Don't waste your energy.

I texted and called the week leading up to the trip to get specific info on where to meet and what to bring as well as trying to give a deposit. No one returned any of my texts or calls. So, here I am, feeling horrible about asking multiple people to take the day off and like a fool that my husbands birthday present is nonexistent. He helped my cousins learn how to operate a Jet Ski properly and he was incredibly helpful out on the water as well.
