What a gem! The local community is very fortunate to have attracted this new and state of the art indoor jump and fun facility. Built with safety and plenty variety. So much to do and your kids will highling until tired. So you can drop a little cash here at $15 per hour per kid. Also buying some jump socks for $3. For winter, I bought the monthly pass at $49 which is a deal because you can do up to 2 hours a day everyday. Pays for itself after 2 hours. Seems pretty lax on food so bring your own food to and drink. Service is generally approachable and helpful but you are pretty much on your own. A lot teens working here which is great but there some training lapses and they are strictly informing you if you break the safety rules. Let's be realistic about cleanliness and hygiene.....it's basically as clean as any indoor playground and NOT a sterile germ free environment.. I didn't do a bacteria and germ culture but yeah, it's petri dish of splendor ... it's a McPlayPlace x 1,000. Bring your flu shot, hand sanitizer, and prepare to thoroughly disinfect your kids at home after. Very excited to welcome this place to Farmington and recommend it highly. The 1 star reviews seem contrary to the hundreds of jumping and smiling faces. read more

Not impressed with the staff. I get it that they are teenagers themselves but they are here to work. They were socializing with the other teenagers that were here to jump and allowing them to hit a rules sign with a ball and shaking the globe statue by the dodge ball area. There was lots of rough housing and older kids pushing kids in the ball pits with the ninja course. Teenage girls were dancing up on the platforms inappropriately. All of this was happening while a lot of little kids were around and could have gotten hurt. I have never had a problem here before but I'm not sure if I want my daughter to come back. read more

Completely grossed out. My son has a birthday party to attend tomorrow at Fly High. His immune system is not very good due to a rare condition he has. I called the park to find out if they would be cleaning the ball pits out this evening and when it was done last. The lady proceeds to tell me that 'we only clean the ball pits of someone pees in them' I was so shock I said 'Excuse me? What was that?' She then says 'Oh don't worry we deep clean them every TWO weeks. It was just done on Sunday'. That was 5 days ago!! During flu season! And won't be cleaned for another 9 days! So if you are looking to catch some kind of sickness this is a great place to start. I am utterly disgusted. read more

Loved this place. Paid about $45 for two hours for me, my wife and son. Military discount is great. Staff was really friendly, I have a two year old and the staff had warned me that there was a school coming in soon. So we were ready to make way for the big kids and watch our little one. I see a lot of negative comments from months ago. My experience today was awesome. I do agree with the comments about the kids being rude, but that's just kids being kids. It's somewhere you gotta go in for yourself and experience. Overall I give them 5 stars for friendliness, price, cleanliness, and communication. read more

I decided to take my kiddo in since he's been asking to go quite a bit. The facility was clean and welcoming. With kids running around, that is no easy feat! William was amazing. I'm very unsure of how I feel about the staff here. I've come here maybe a handful of times with my husband and kids. I've never had any negative experiences and so I see the enjoyment when we bring the kids here. Today, I decided to bring my 8 year old here as a reward for doing well this week. I paid an hour for him to jump. I decided to purchase a water bottle for my son knowing he would be thirsty after his jumping. I sat down while my son left to jump. I placed the unopened bottle of water, which is sold at the establishment, in my sons shoe. I maybe sat 10 minutes, soon after an employee came directly at me and said "you cannot have that water bottle here, you need to leave the floor and put it in a cubby!!!" Her voice was raised and very stern as if scolding me. I was very surprised, so I told her I can put it in my purse which was on my lap. I had every intention of doing that earlier. So I tell her it's a closed container, then she says "it doesn't matter!!" Still in her scolding, upset voice. Her approach and tone upset me. So I tell her okay. So she leaves, but then goes directly to another employee to inform and then gets on her walkie talkie and I assume informs other staff. So I sit there calmly and just put this unopened water bottle in my purse, no big deal. So I'm sitting there and I begin seeing all the other staff on the floor eyeballing me, looking my way as if I did something awful. So I sit anyways, "Karen" comes right back over and asks if I took the water bottle off the floor. So I tell her "yeah." I didn't feel in the wrong and I was going to go find a cubby to place my sons bottle of water in. It makes no sense. It's not open nor do I have plans to open it. So after I answer, she says "I didn't see you leave." In her high tone voice and upset demeanor, and again I'm seeing employees looking my way, again as if I've done something significant or wrong. So then after, she denies my claim, I say "it's put away in my purse, it's not open." So she proceeds to raise her voice and now very argumentative and tells me - "it's our policy!!" And by this time she gets back on her walkie talkie - calls for backup. Making a larger unnecessary seen. So I calmly sit. A minute later another employee shows up. A female, with a softer and kinder approach repeats the request. I look at her and tell her "thank you!! yes I can take the water bottle down." I inform her, I appreciate your approach. "Karen" over here has raised her tone and has been speaking to me as if scolding me. I inform her I'm a paying costumer and also I understand customer service. Karen over here, came at me very strong. So at this point Karen enters the conversation- ready to argue. So I tell her "not to talk to me like a child or as if I'm stupid, etc" So we go back and forth, but also I inform her that she is a paid employee and I the paying costumer, had she approached differently, I would have worked with her. I'm already upset and feeling awful by this time, with all the stared from the other staff. But, I leave to put the water bottle away. At this point, I feel wronged by her approach so I then proceed to speak with the other kinder employee and request for the upset employees name, a survey if they have one, but I was also informed I could place a yelp review. After all this, I did get to speak with a manager, she was very kind, listened and did offer a one day free pass and stated the employee would be spoken too. So with all that said, I'm unsure if I will be bringing my kids back here. Their employees do need a review of customer service and ways to better communicate to their paying customers. I'm a dietitian by trade and understand the importance of customer service and communication, but also the importance of keeping our babies hydrated. I hope the employee will be spoken with and hopefully something can be learned. And maybe we will return but just based off how I was made to feel, I'm not sure now. Disappointed. read more

My grandson loves it here! Great place for him and his friends to play. They have a infant and toddler area, for the wee ones. Which is great, because then you don't have to worry about other kids running over them. Toddler time is the best! You get 2 hours for only 8 bucks. Great staff and very clean. read more

My children love the place but I am not bringing them back because the staff are completely rude and wouldn't give me a refund. The supervisor for the day said she gave me my refund ... she didn't. I have waited since June 29. The girl charged me twice. Asked her for a refund for an hour. I thought she did but instead she charged me 3 times. It's not worth the price if you're gonna bring your whole family. It's gonna run you near $100. Literally half of the attractions are closed. They charge you extra if you wanna use the right side of the park. The staff yells at the kids. They're really rude. There's cords all around from vacuums. It's a huge disappointment. read more

This place is nice and the kids love it however the assistant manager decided she was the mask police for kids who are needing to breathe during exertion. When she herself TOOK HER MASK DOWN to talk to me about my kids not properly wearing their masks. Completely took it down to tell me my kids need to wear their masks!! Are you serious? I think, especially now you should be more worried about keeping your business afloat then trying to control the people who are supporting your business. This place is not cheap. Unfortunately we won't be coming back after being treated so disrespectful.
