However once home I reviewed my receipt only to discover I was double charged for the cut by front desk. When I called it was verified I was charged twice for the cut & it should be back on my account . However when I checked the next day still no reimbursement. I was told it could take a few days to receive a refund. Not a great practice for customer support. Money had no problem charging my account but not reimbursement on their mistake. Makes me not want to go back even after the amazing hair style by Mia. She is great & I highly recommend her. It's a shame no accountability by front desk staff. Due to customer service practices I will not go back without cash.

The stylists worked in teams and were kind every step of the way despite the immense amount of work this was for them. They made her feel comfortable and unjudged and ultimately manage to salvage more of her hair than any of us expected. Coming here Valerie made me feel very comfortable as I could tell that her and the salon are doing everything that they can in the current situation to keep everyone safe which I found to be totally awesome and made me feel at ease! This visit was just simple for me with a trim and a blow dry as this was much needed and after the time it took Valerie to do this I could already see the results of how awesome my hair looked as she did an incredible job!
