While I can understand that treatments require documentation and various precautions, requiring both a photograph of my government issued ID and treatment photos felt very disproportionate to the service I was contemplating. This combination of photographing my ID, insisting on before and after photos, and requiring me to sign multiple waivers for a consultation that ultimately did not proceed left me feeling as though their liability concerns were being prioritized far above my privacy and comfort as a prospective client. Two stars instead of one because, despite the intrusive nature of these protocols and the negative impression they left of the business, the staff remained polite and did their best to navigate a policy that they were not responsible for creating.
