The menu is small so you know they make their food perfectly. I ordered the ravioli cheese for started and my wife went with the Foie gras. Both were delicious but thought the ravioli was more tastier because I'm a fan of cheese. The presentation of the foie gras was better though. We both went with the wagyu main dish which was also great. I think I would have gotten the fish dish if I weren't hungrier for more rich taste given that the wagyu basically cooks itself. Beautiful setting too, and the old village is a curious and fun place, its built on and in the remains of an old quarry, hence the name of the restaurant.
