I can't say enough good things about this vape shop. They are truly one of the best around, and definitely at least partially responsible for helping me to quit smoking. Seriously, if I can quit (and it's over two and a half years now since my last cigarette), anyone can. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and will help everyone from the newbies to the more advanced. They have a great selection of products and an awesome selection of juice, including their own brand which they mix to your needs, even down to zero nicotine. This was so helpful to me because my cigarettes were on the lower end and I didn't want to vape more nicotine than necessary... and it helped get me down to zero pretty quickly. I haven't even used vape juice with nicotine in over two years. If you're looking for a good place to get a nice selection of juice flavors in the strength you need... if you're looking for guidance on how to get started... if you're more the vape extraordinaire with a need for something stronger.... they have it all. And if you're a smoker, check them out. It'll change your life. It did for me and I honestly never thought I'd quit. I have to be honest, I have been trying to quit smoking for a long time and hopefully I have found the right product to get me there. Went to FLUID on a referral from a friend to pick up a vaporizer setup that was high quality, easy to use, and didn't leak. I never got the sales representatives name, but she was courteous, FAST (I was in a rush) and only gave me the pertinent information that I needed. She also REFUSED to let me leave the store without setting up and testing the vaporizer - I am very glad she did that because I would have never figured it out. She also had TO DIE FOR stunning Green Eyes! They did not have the "top part" that I really wanted, but they are on the way and I am expecting a call when they arrive. I bought a very high quality glass top piece that is sending out some serious vapor. Of course, I didnt' understand anything about the nicotine content or the flavors etc. She guided me through what nicotine content was equivalent to how many cigarettes I smoked per day. She also told me that she was setting up the battery/vaprozer thingy the way it should be to vape properly and to taste as good as it could get. Instead of telling me to buy a bunch of replacement things - she told me to wait because it would be a waste of money if I was eventually going to go with a different top portion. As far as the quitting smoking has gone - I smoked two cigarettes before 9am today - didn't smoke one for 5 hours then took a few drags and it tasted TERRIBLE. It is now nearly 6pm and I have had a total of 2.5 cigarettes all day. I am pretty psyched. The unit I decided on is called an ELEAF Istick 30w - and the top portion is called Kangertech AeroTank2. I am SUPER HAPPY with this product. My service was top of the heap - full bar - best I could have expected. To be honest, I was expecting a bunch of hippies with a take it or leave it attitude. I received some very knowledgeable staff members that are obviously excited and well informed about what they are selling. Now it's time to get some different flavors and really have fun! Stopped in to say Hi and see what's new at Fluid, and also to get some pics, as my first review had none. Customer service is great at Fluid when they're not slammed with clientele, and a hot summer day in July is not the madhouse you find in dead of winter on a Saturday, so I was able to see some of the really nice artwork displayed on the walls, along with the continually expanding lounge area upstairs. One note- while I was there, a woman came in looking to start vaping. The young guy behind the counter stopped what he was doing, reviewed options, really gave her his full attention. Cleanliness- Fluid is clean- no doubt. I have NEVER been there, even on one of those crammed Saturdays in winter and found a mess anywhere in the store. Fluid creates and sells their own juice line, with a LOT of original stuff. By that I mean not Strawberry Custard in 6 different variations. I always talk juice making with Kim, as it happens to be a great hobby of mine, so I know she's not simply out there looking to copy the other guy. The juice line is ever expanding, always under construction- so make sure to check the menu for availability if you have a favorite. Some of their Hardware items are: The GG- Fluid is the Authorized US Retailer for Golden Greek. Empire Drip Shields- a classic favorite. Rebuildable supplies galore. Mod Stands- really nice ones- And of course, Standard gear-Egos and Innokin, Variable voltage devices, Variable Wattage- something for every user level. I can't begin to describe how excited I am that I found this place. Simply amazing... Clean, friendly, professional and well educated. One of the best vapor shops I have been to on Long Island. What I like about this shop is they take the time to educate you on everything you need to know about vaping. They also make all of their liquid juices in store - so you know what you are getting. The shop is really nice and clean. The lounge area and game room is amazing. I have to say they have changed my life. I was a heavy smoker and wouldn't go back. I own a mod set up and in a week it paid for itself. One of the best vape establishments I have ever been too. The people who work there are very knowledgable of how these devices work. E-juices here are made in house and there is a wide variety of awesome flavors. The vape lounge is a sick place to go and Hang out with fellow modders and make coils. Definitely just a cool place to hang out and vape. I would highly suggest coming down and giving it a try you won't be sorry trust me. This is another shop I have visited on occasion and it is very nice establishment. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable and very passionate about the products they sell. They carry an extensive line of mods and attys but the thing that was most unique is that they mix their juice in house and if you want a custom made product they can do it whether it is extra flavoring or nic or PG/VG ratio they can do it and they are prompt. The vape lounge is also a great feature here. The only thing I was not thrilled about was their testing station. You have to put some drops into your coil to test the flavor, other shops have clearos and mods ready to go. Other than that I really like this place and suggest you stop by because they mix some of the best juices. They also offer a 5% discount for police, fire and military. read more

This place is great they even helped me out when I was trying to quit smoking. They are a bit pricey with their juice but very high quality.

Got a liquid from them called old man's pipe. Probably the worst tobacco flavor I've tried. They barley carry any known premium Vapes nothing was in front of you to see they go in the back Wich I also don't like. They make their own juice there which I also hate when people do because they are never good. The vape I bought is so harsh and disgusting. The price was decent. Also barley any flavors to choose from premium wise also from companies I have never heard of. They didn't even have kilo..... Nor knew who kilo was...... And the flavor I bought her said he tried and said it was like a vanilla sweet tobacco was totally wrong its more of a cherry pipe tobacco. I wouldn't go their ever again. Nor whould I recommend this shop to anyone who Vapes. First off let me say being a newbie to vaping Kim had taken her time with me explaining everything I needed to know and had never tried to up sell me to something that I really didn't need at the time. I did the crush my back of cigarettes for the promo they are doing and helped with a discount on my rig. Her and her husband are the nicest people and will spend how ever much time needed to understand operate and just talk. The place is immaculate clean and the staff is the best hands down. I recommend my friends and anyone reading this review. Their prices are affordable and they do not up sell you things you don't need as a beginner. My first impression was a great one at fluid vapor and that shop is my go to shop for my vapor needs. Kim is a great people person so is her husband and its people like them and the shop is why i would rather get tech support opinions n what's new in the industry.
