Both of our dogs were happy and well taken care of when we picked them up 4 days later. We were somewhat concerned how it would go since this was the first time we had left them with anyone. We were very pleased with the care they received and will definitely use Sunrover when we need to leave again.

You can completely miss it if you're not from the area. The thing I loved the most was the selection of pet gear. I didn't expect them to have so many cut doggie coats, sweaters and vest. It's a limited selection but the items on their shelves are perfect for anyone looking for something specific. The first time I went in I was surprised by them having the pet food brand my doggie loves, however they didn't have the exact product. It wasn't a problem at all. I was able to order the product. I also bought a couple of cute vests for my chihuahua too!! He's so adorable in them! The reason why I love local is because they take extra care in their customers. When I ordered my product the sweet lady at the register forgot to actually put it in for the weekly delivery. However, she was super apologetic about it and actually left me a message acknowledging her mistake. It was completely fine. I actually got a better deal by her forgetting that it was a blessing in disguise. I will always say this over and over again, service is what brings me back, it's also what keeps from returning. This place makes you feel welcomed when you walk in to the moment you leave. I'm super sorry if I have the name wrong!!! I think it was Ann or Nancy but I 100 percent believe in giving positive energy the praise it deserves. Thanks again to another great spot in this great community.
