Very inconvenient hours for pick up & drop off. No one answers the phone. You can schedule grooming…read moreby appointment but you can't schedule a time to pick up your dog if those hours don't work for you. It would be nice if someone called you back or let you know how your dog is doing. I wasn't offered a tour, felt rushed upon dropping off & they charged an extra fee for the afternoon pick up. I dropped at 5 picked up at 4pm and would have done so earlier if I could have. The place seemed over run by dogs like they took too many in & on top of it my vaccinated dog got kennel cough. Never again.

We got home within an hour the oldest 4 years was throwing up and had bloody diarrhea clearly very ill. He refused any water or food, had a fever. Called veterinarian and got appointment next morning debating on taking to ER. In looking him over he had bruises under all his legs, stomach, private area like he had been in a hoist for a long time or possibly tangled up from being left on a run with no supervision for a lengthy time. Then the younger one 16 months begain getting sick and bloody diarrhea also and in checking him over they had the same bruising in the same areas. Both lethargic low to no energy. They both spent time on Iv's at our vets and at the Veterinary hospital overnight with ivs, lots of bloodwork drawn at both places. We never got any reasonable explanation from the owner, it took him days to even respond back to us with a very non-caring attitude which correlates with the Animal control officer in that town that I thought took an oath to protect and serve all animals. Key points we trusted Pride and Joy to take care of our babies they failed, I would never recommend this place to anyone ever. I have seen many other scarry reviews including one pup that passed 1 1/2 year old so sad. They have not taken any responsibility for the care my babies didn't receive including their canned food never being opened to mix with dry food for their digestion, they will not eat without it. Finally after months of putting water in their dry food and making chicken broth ice cubes they are finally starting to drink water out of their bowls. if you are taking your pets there beware and if your gut tells you something isn't right trust it. Red Flagg I asked to see all of the kennel areas and was denied entry, I wish I had listened to my gut.

What a remarkable experience all the wayaround Falyn, at the front desk, is as warm, professional,…read moreand helpful as I've ever found in a service establishment :-) The facility is incredibly clean and efficient, and the stress level for dogs here is SO LOW!!‼ We used to take our slightly anxious Husky to PetSmart, where we first met Danielle several years ago. She was so kind and patient with Ember, who always came out looking absolutely beautiful, that we only ever wanted to work with her. The pace at PetSmart was fairly frenetic, but Danielle was always cool, calm, and collected. I worried that she might leave one day after becoming the head groomer, and was lucky enough to get her to share her contact info with me. We reconnected and Ember just had her first grooming at the Soggy Dog. We couldn't possibly be happier! We are absolutely over the moon to be back in Danielle's caring hands In this lovely spot. They're incredibly well set up for self bathing, and all of their services are top notch!! THRILLED to have found them, and especially that Danielle is here!!

His groomer, CUT OUR DOG'S EYE and cut her eyelash COMPLETELY OFF! Matthew, the owner, basically told us to sue him and "f***" off, so just letting others know to SAVE YOUR DOGS eyes and DO NOT go here. BAD people. Very bad owner who does not care at all. AVOID this place.
