We semi-recently acquired a bernedoodle and have quickly learned about all the weird and unexpected places they can become matted. The team was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating throughout the whole process. We ended up with a brand-new-looking, slightly strange dog (lol), but most importantly, our pup feels SO much better! We're incredibly pleased with the service and how lovingly our dog was treated. Funny enough, we actually saw an adorably coiffed doodle walking through our neighborhood, stopped to ask the owners where they go, and they recommended this place to us. We're so glad we took their advice! Such kind people, such great service, and we've already scheduled our next visit. Highly recommend!

I love that it's social so they let them outside often throughout the day to play, but the dogs still each have their own room (not kennels). It's perfect for our dog because he gets to play and then go into his own space with a glass door so he can still see out. They provide beds and bowls as well so really they're all taken care of. They have four drop off/pick up times throughout the day, as early as 7:30am or as late as 9:00pm so it's convenient for traveling. Their prices are more than reasonable and they also offer daycare and grooming! We really love this place and even go out of our way when traveling just to bring our doggo here - he's always treated like a prince.

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THE NEW OWNER. I failed to cancel…read moremy boarding appointment last year due to some medical issues. My husband was just diagnosed with cancer and I completely forgot. That was my fault, COMPLETELY MY FAULT. However, the response when I called was a rough, "Oh yeah YOU WERE THE NO CALL NOSHOW". I said yes and tried to apologize. She said should would have to check and get back with me. She never got back to me and actually blocked my number so I couldn't call back. Amazing. Very disappointing and unprofessional. All she had to do was say she did not want to do business with me any longer. I was use to the old owner and when I met a few of the new people a while back, they seemed very nice and I am sure they are. What a shame. Even if she did agree to watch my pets, I would not trust them. I also talked to a few of my friends that use her and they were like "WOW". Again, I get it but how foolish, silly, and very stupid in my opinion.

I had to be at work at three and it was going on 130 and I had yet to hear from her so I just made my way back to her place and when I got there, my dog was just now getting a bath. Her assistant was washing my dog. She wasn't in the room but when she did get back in; she was very rude about me just coming to pick up my dog without her calling and informing me that she was ready. Even after telling her I had to be at work she made it seem as though I should've told her that ahead of time which completely makes no sense because she literally rushed me to get there so why am I waiting two hours? Nor do I have to discuss my plans for the day with her. Ignorant and rude and I usually go to her. She proceeded to leave the room and go smoke a cigarette .I took my dog while she was soaked. Trash attitude. I'll never spend another dollar with her. And her work is very good just sucks how she acts
