They have 2 offices, 1 in New Port Richey & 1 in Rockledge, FL. This is a well organized, knowledgeable & professional group. Many confuse doctors & dispenceries. This facility is on the ball & on time. You are not hurried, but all is explained & carefully spelled out to you. Before you leave the office, you are registered with the state of Florida & have a Patient ID Number, so you can complete the process at home. I had to reach out to my Dr to get the paperwork submitted again. Im still waiting on the Dr to dispense my meds its been over 24 hours now and nothing. They told me it could be next week before i can get my prescription even though they now do have the records in their hands. So now ive paid to see a Dr and get prescribed meds but I have nothing to show for it. I would think since im not allowed to buy meds that my card shouldnt be active until I get the meds. Because it could be 4-5 days before the DR gets back to me with my prescription.
