My prescribed treatment plan required twice-weekly visits. However, I was never informed that my insurance policy coverage was capped at 20 visits. Had this limitation been disclosed at the onset of my care, I would have managed the frequency of my appointments to ensure coverage lasted for the duration of my rehabilitation. Instead, I was blindsided by this limit upon reaching it. The clinic is now attempting to bill me $125 per session for ongoing treatment that I am unable to afford. By failing to track my remaining visits or verify my policy limits in a timely manner, this facility has compromised my recovery and placed an unexpected financial burden on me. Patients rely on your staff to manage the administrative requirements of their care; in this instance, that trust was violated.

I was so impressed with his concern for her and the way he answered all of her questions. It's empowering for a young girl to have someone take the time to explain things carefully and make their own decisions about care. Dr. Fuhriman even set her up with exercises she can check off on her phone, which helps her understand what to do and also keeps her accountable. Overall, our visit was fantastic, and this office, especially Dr. Fuhriman, is willing to help every patient get the best care possible.

They have been making life livable for me again. I had all but given up because of my disabling Congenital Spinal Stenosis that had made me a disabled shut in. I received very good home exercises that helped me keep mobile between appointments. If they offer you a lien, GET THE ACTUAL RATE IN WRITING BEFORE YOU AGREE TO ANYTHING…read more I was told I could place my treatment charges on a lien against my auto-accident settlement instead of paying the $200 self-pay rate per visit. What I was not clearly told was that the amount billed under the lien would apparently be more than $400 per hour, more than double the self-pay rate. I didn't discover this until months later. Had that significant price difference been clearly disclosed upfront, I would never have chosen the lien. My treatment experience was also extremely disappointing. I sought help for SI joint pain, but after my first two visits my pain escalated to 10/10. I later learned that I had bone edema contributing to the severe pain. I have offered to pay the $200 self-pay rate for all 12 visits, totaling $2,400. My biggest issue is simple: patients should know before agreeing to a lien that they may be charged dramatically more than the normal self-pay price. In my experience, the lack of transparency was unacceptable. If insurance doesn't cover this practice, proceed with extreme caution. I just discovered that the practice is actually covered by my health insurance company, so the practice was just trying to make extra money off of me by making me self-pay.

So I called them and they tell me they don't care they already sold my debt to a collections company and I explained the billing error and they said it was too late to fix it and they didn't care and hung up on me! I have never been treated so terribly by anyone! So be very very careful dealing with these guys! In my opinion they offer no value for their service and I feel like they took advantage of me when I was trying to recover from cancer.

I was able to get back to my normal self and strengthen my neck and upper back with the help of Jim & his team. He even went above and beyond with some other issues I had where I had a floater in my eye (from the concussion) so he started to include vision exercises (the dots on his wall) and after a few months, I stopped noticing the floater in my vision. Not only strengthening my upper body but my eye muscles, I'm so grateful for the service I received there. My only complaint (not their fault) is that I wish I could afford all of the equipment they have in the office and bring it to my house! Haha Scheduling visits was always easy to do and the front desk staff were friendly. Parking was easy because it's a shared space with other businesses and easy to access with being near the freeway. This practice is capable of treating high-functioning athletes, as well as older clients with mobility issues. They contacted my insurance before I came in and I paid the amount that they requested, even though I felt the amount was high for the service I received. Now more than a year after the last time I went there, they are billing me more. It is so frustrating! I called their billing department and requested that we split the bill, since I feel they are at fault for not getting the right amount and then for waiting a year to bill me an additional amount for each visit. They don't feel they have any responsibility. I am just grateful that I didn't go more than the times that I went. Before you go here, plan on paying more than they say, because you will very possibly be billed for more than tell you it is going to be.

When I questioned it, they said I had signed a consent form authorizing them to bill me whatever. I paid an invoice then they kept sending me invoices. Invoices were unprofessionally prepared, with many mistakes and it was hard to determine what I was being billed for. I had already stopped going, because they completely changed my treatment plan and went back to their original treatment, which didn't work. No good explanation given. I have found that youtube offers much more help than I received at this location. I won't be going back nor recommend it.
