Roy took our deposit in April which was a very high deposit of $1000 and after that he never picked up the phone or responded to any of my texts until I had to get our wedding venue involved. He finally spoke to me one week before our actual wedding date in Au. He did not deliver the agreed-upon decor. They began set up very very late, and all of my guests were arriving while they were still setting up the hall. It was so embarrassing, and the decor was falling apart on the stage during the event. I had informed him that I saw dirty white sofas on their Instagram and I wanted hours to be clean or at least covered but low and behold, they provided absolutely filthy sofas on our stage. Avoid at all costs!

I found Carol through a recommendation from our wedding photographer, and I instantly fell in love…read morewith her stunning work on Instagram. That's why I chose her to be our florist. I really appreciated that she exclusively uses fresh flowers (for a reasonable price), unlike some other florists we spoke with who only offered fresh flowers for the table centerpieces, bouquets and boutonnieres while using silk flowers for everything else. Working with Carol was a fantastic experience. Even with a last-minute request for a ceremony arch just a week before the wedding, she was incredibly accommodating and made it happen for us. On our wedding day, I was blown away when I entered the Ceremony and Reception room. The arrangements that Carol and her team created were beautiful! Everything was perfect and as I envisioned, and I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you, Carol!

I was in the horrible situation of having to arrange my beautiful wife's funeral. Although many…read morepeople were assisting, there were still things that I needed to do myself. One of them was to find a white floral crown for her. I googled everywhere and was able to find Carol Flower Studio. I called and spoke with Carol, who upon learning of my situation, showed heartwarming compassion. As we spoke, I texted her images of what I was looking for, as this would need to be custom created. I told Carol that this was urgent for me as the funeral was scheduled for tomorrow. She understood and promised to personally deliver the crown to the funeral home later in the afternoon. Thank you Carol, for your kindness and compassion during one of the most difficult times of my life.

I finally got an opportunity to visit this florist which is located on Linden Blvd just off of…read moreFrancis Lewis Blvd passed the Chase bank. Approaching this store, I saw the big beautiful green lettering, eye-catching and easily recognizable to pedestrians and drivers alike. Entering the shop requires caution, as the space is small and accommodates only three people--the florist, the helper, and a single customer. If a fourth customer enter, maneuvering around would be difficult due to the crowded display of flowers, staff movements, and scattered greenery indicating a lack in housekeeping They offer a vast selection of flowers to create and design a floral arrangement and cater to any occasion by request. They also sell other products such as Teddy Bears. The customer before me was having a wreath made, but it was evidently the wrong them and color. She was in distress as she needed an all-white wreath for a funeral session. The florist insisted that she didn't order all white but failed to provide written confirmation of the phone order showing a lack of preparedness and weak customer service. I will admit that he used damage control by referring her to another place in Elmont named Charmayne's It was my turn to order flowers, and I wanted something within my budget of $30. The helper did not know much so he told me to wait on the florist. I received a nice bouquet of assorted colors of carnations with two roses, and it was wrapped with the most beautiful bow you'd ever seen. At the end of the business transaction, the florist asked me for a 5-star review and charged me less than my intended budget. While a nice gesture, I cannot be swayed into awarding an unearned rating. As a professional reviewer since 2016, I recognize manipulated ratings when I see them. A genuine 5-star experience cannot be condensed into a single sentence.

The first order was last week was missing a teddy bear & the wrong arrangement. They sent the teddy bear separate after my boyfriend called to tell them. Today received order for Valentine Day. The order was supposed to be a dozen long stem roses with balloons instead it only came with 10 roses that were not long stem & no balloons. They said long stem is 60 cm which is almost 24 inches. They were lucky if they were 18 inches. Then they sent a replacement with only 11 still no balloons. I went to the store to say this is unacceptable & to show them their mistakes. They try to say but you have 21 roses. I explained it's not about the amount but about the principle. The "manager" tried to give me some less quality arrangment of roses filled with baby breath. I had to tell him I see the quality difference. I'm not a fool. You would think they would make a better arrangement since I'm there......no they just made the arrangement that I should have received plus a couple of extra roses still no balloons. The arrangement should have been much better since I actually had to go to the store & for the numerous mistakes. I wasn't satisfied with just giving me an arrangement with a couple of extra roses. I choose for my boyfriend to get a refund. Also the manager told me to come back after Valentines to correct the order from last week. He's too busy to deal with it.
