My wishes didn't change the facts. Once the decision was made the surgical coordinator took charge. She helped me through every step, making sure everything was handled. I was so grateful for her making the process as smooth as possible, going beyond expectations to make sure my daughter's care was the best. After the surgery I called Michelle at Austin's Florist for help showing my appreciation. She listened to my story, asked what I wanted, what my budget was and when I wanted the delivery. Michelle was able to bring unexpected joy to someone's day, showing them they were appreciated. Michelle took charge, making sure everything was handled.

I ordered a deluxe package and paid $100.00 and got what I estimate was a $40.00 bowl of daisies. At the funeral I wanted to see the arrangement expecting a pretty display that makes a statement of respect and love for the family. I was embarrassed to see what I was looking at, it was a bouquet you take to someone hosting a dinner party. I called them and they led me to believe the funeral home services sent an order for a $60.00 arrangement and took their cut. I was furious when they tried to convince me this was an acceptable arrangement for friend of 50 years. They had my phone number and email, if there was a problem fulfilling their obligation they could have called. And to make matters worse they defended this pitiful excuse.
