I have been able to phone through an order when it has been difficult to get to the shop, every order has been what I asked for and been delivered on time in beautiful condition. I must say it was worth the wait as the bouquet that she made up for me on the spot was gorgeous. It did seem quite expensive, but at least they were good quality flowers and were wrapped in some lovely paper. I would use them again if I was in the area, but wouldn't make a special effort to go there.
