For someone who nearly always has fresh floral arrangements in her home, I have to say I was largely disappointed in this arrangement that was sent as a gift to my mother. In my opinion, it is far from professional or "designer" in terms of design, selection of florals and planned color scheme. The local grocery stores have better options. :( super bummer! read more

Went with one of the higher end options and it looks like it would be $20 max from price chopper. The arrangement is actually just so ugly and didn't go together at all, overall very bare. I had my wedding this past saturday and I cannot even begin to express my disappointment with my wedding bouquet and all of the floral. I had sent pictures to their email confirming what I wanted my bouquet to look like and then Saturday when they dropped it off it was not even CLOSE to what I had asked for. We also had requested my husband's boutonnière to be a different color and some of the corsages were supposed to be larger and a different color for the grandmothers and our mothers. That did not happen. I even reached out via email to make SURE that the floral would look exactly like the pictures I sent. I am thoroughly disappointed and furious at this business, as the floral was extremely important to me. I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday online- she lives within a mile or so of this florist and I live in Denver - I like to use local florists when ordering flowers. Online it looks like a fabulous bouquet named "tutti frutti" - after reading the other review though, I'm hoping they don't turn up wilted. The 3 stars, which is subject to change on saturday when my sister actually gets them, is for the fact that I almost didn't buy them. "Why?" Do you ask? Because the delivery charge+"service fee"+tax was over $21! Added on to an already somewhat pricey bouquet- although if they turn out as beautiful as the picture I will be less irritated about the "service fee". What is a "service fee"? Is that the fee to arrange the flowers you bought from them? Or the fee to actually put them in the box? Or maybe it's the fee to pay for printing out the card? Even if these flowers are gorgeous this will most likely be the last time I use this florist (I was forced to this time due to my procrastination) as I can't truly afford $21 added onto the flowers I send every time her birthday or a holiday pops up. Minutes after placing my order online an employee at Flowers by Emily called to let me know the vase shown online was not in stock, she gave me two other options- i chose a shorter, more square vase, then she went down the list of flowers included in the bouquet and told me they were out of pink roses but offered yellow, white, red or green roses. She also stated another flower was was out of stock in pink and offered an alternative to that one. I told her I would like SOME pink flowers in the bouquet and she politely offered to include a very pretty pink accent flower to the mix. It's the end of winter in KC. I understand they might not have everything in stock, i was happy they called to include me in making these decisions instead of just throwing together something similar in the same price range. My sister loved the flowers and sent me a blurry picture on my iPhone- so while I cannot attest if the bouquet was up to par on my end, my sister commented they were very beautiful and "compact" - just the style of bouquet she prefers.... I walked in yesterday and told her I needed a bouquet for my anniversary. She asked me what color or type of flowers i was looking for. I told her I had no idea and i had $40 dollars to spend. She smiled and said to give her 10 minutes and she could whip something up. I was NOT disappointed. It was better than anything i looked online to deliver and cheaper. I went to Flowers by Emily for my wedding. My bouquet was beautiful, but the bridesmaids' were a lot smaller than I was hoping for. The boutonnieres were wilted by the time we even got out of the church. Super embarrassing first of all, it wasn't hot at all! It was actually pretty chilly out so there was no excuse for this. Ordered flowers for my wedding anniversary and had them delivered to my wife. I picked out an arrangement online that had a few price points. I purchased the one shown on the website, but received a different arrangement. The flowers were very pretty still and my wife did like them, but was upset that arrangement did not have roses in it as the website shows. When I called the store the response I received was unsatisfactory. Although she did apologize more than once the amount of excuses given made apology seem insincere. I was told substitutions are regularly made if certain flowers are not in stock but was never told this was a possibility when I ordered. Also I could not find where it said this on the website despite being told it was on there. Flowers were nice and delivered on time, but if product is presented on website then it should be delivered that way or the substitutions should be mentioned to make sure new product is acceptable. The roses that were left out were the primary reason for me purchasing arrangement. To make matters worse, i specifically asked them to charge my account the day they were delivered so my wife would not see that charge on our account and know they were coming. After telling me that was fine they charged the card early anyway. read more

My boyfriend sent me flowers from here and they are absolutely beautiful! They are Lillies and have some beautiful huge blooms as well as multiples that still have not bloomed! I love this because I will be able to enjoy the flowers for so much longer! The vase is very unique and fun. And the flowers truly smell AMAZING! After having them in my kitchen for barely thirty minutes the whole kitchen smells like fresh flowers :) I would definitely recommend buying from this shop! read more
