There were no reviews so I had nothing to go by. I called and spoke to Debbie. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I appreciated the way I was treated over the phone. I told her I would go home and think about what I wanted and call her the next day. I was so very grateful for all the info she had given me the night before. I placed the order first thing the next day. Debbie was patient and kind. I had no idea what I wanted and she walked me down the path to get the end result that I expected. She made the process easy and I was able to do everything over the phone. I am almost 200 miles away. This helped me out. I hope my friend's family enjoys the arrangement. When he did, they had received a tag on their door that they had to pick up the flowers at the florist. WHAT"S THE POINT OF SENDING FLOWERS IF THEY AREN'T DELIVERED???? When I called FTD, they said that you tried to deliver them at 4pm and there was no one at home, and it wasn't safe to leave the flowers. How many households have 2 working adults and no one at home? After waiting for 20 minutes the roses were hurriedly put in a plain clear vase (no bow, no extras). Had to tell them to make it look better ~$80 order. I also ordered two balloons, they were out of helium. Naturally, I wanted a credit refund but he said it would be tomorrow...the manager (who's not around) had to approve it. Got cash back for the balloons but will never go there again...waste of time!
