The ribbon was tied very sloppily and the flowers were poorly arranged. I requested that they include one black rose to respect her deceased brother. They painted it black with spraypaint but they did not even cover the flower completely. I was not satisfied with the end result & I do not recommend their services to anyone. It looks horrible and I am very embarrassed about selecting them as my florist.
