I live out of state and ordered Anniversary flowers my daughter and son-in-law. They were beautiful and delivered on time.

If I could give flower works a 10/5 I would! I absolutely adore this shop and all of the staff members I have encounter so far. They are so personable, very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed to make my new home (Marquette) feel more like my old home (Hawaii). Flower Works did the flowers for my wedding last summer, and I couldn't have been happier with how they turned out! The service was excellent. I had a very specific vision in my head and they made it happen! They were very good at communicating with me until I was completely happy, even though I was hard to get a hold of at times. The flowers were so beautiful! The flowers were definitely one of my favorite things at the wedding, and I have gotten so many compliments about them even now. Great experience! On the day of delivery I had to change the delivery address, so the flowers went to my mom's work instead of her home. They did it with no problem, and were so nice and accommodating!! The flowers were a fair price, and beautiful! Thank you!! read more

We went to pick up flowers that were ordered. Got there and the man asked what name they were under, gave it to him and after 3 attempts to find my flower order, he couldn't find it. I again gave him my name and order number from the confirmation. After 15 minutes he said it was still in the computer and it would take 30 minutes to do. I told him that was unacceptable and he had ten minutes to do it or I was leaving. He was extremely rude. The order was placed in plenty of time to get ready. We were told to be there by a certain time and it would be ready. Don't waste your time here. Very rude owners and very unorganized. Won't use them again. read more

We have always been very happy with Flower Works, but I was so disappointed with the service we received on our last visit. When we went to pick it up they couldn't find our order and the girl was extremely condescending. She said IF they could find it (even though we already paid), she would let us know. She called an hour later to say it was found and we could come back to get it. They offered no apology. When we returned to pick it up we were greeted by another woman who was very rude again. Neither of these women were the owner, but ultimately she needs to make sure her employees are friendly and providing good service. Mistakes happen, orders get lost, but there is no excuse for the poor attitude. We will never go back. read more

Called in very close to there closing time, most people act annoyed when you do that but the gentleman was super helpful even offered to have flowers delivered that night. I highly recommend going to Flower Works for any of your plant or floral needs. Or just stop by and take a look at the shop--it looks and smells amazing. I purchased a barrel cactus and the staff was very friendly and provided helpful tips to keeping my cactus alive. What I think is neat is that all the arrangements are handmade and designed to be as customized as you want. If you want to support a truly local and talented floral artist, Flower Works is the place to go. Don't forget to check out their greenhouse in the back, it is beautiful. read more
