Disgusting company. Placed an order a week in advance, then got an email the day prior to delivery, stating order status had changed to 'on hold'. No other information. Rang them to check, and was told that they had realised their courier were not delivering on bank holidays. In fact they then went on to say that NO couriers would deliver on bank holidays. Absolutely not true, I work for a large retailer and the 4 couriers we use, do deliver on bank holidays. But either way, firstly taking an order they couldn't fulfil is unacceptable, but then to just send me a cryptic email with no explanation or apology, is just disgusting. Do not risk placing an order with this company as you'll have no guarantee they'll bother to fulfil it. read more

I found their website via Instagram since I was looking for flowers to be delivered to my friend in London. I needed same day delivery. In 4 hours flowers I was notified there were delivered. My friend sent me a picture and they looked fresh with very nice presentation. Highly recommend. You guys are amazing! Will 100% use you again! read more

I used Flower Station to send my partner flowers on our anniversary. I ordered the bouquet online, and found that there was a nice range of styles and prices. The website was a bit glitchy and the pricing is opaque (sometimes there's an extra service fee on top of the bouquet price, sometimes not), but overall not too frustratingly. I found a bouquet I liked and I was able to schedule the delivery for a date later in the week, and specified that I wanted it delivered in the afternoon. Though I got an email at 10:30am day-of saying they would be delivered shortly, they thankfully didn't actually arrive until 12:20pm, just inside the delivery window I gave. The bouquet's description noted that substitutions and alteration requests could be made, so I asked to replace the pink roses for orange/red ones, which were used in other available bouquets, including a bouquet that was entirely brandywine roses. I wasn't contacted about the request, so I assumed it the substitution wasn't a problem. The delivered bouquet had multiple other substitutions, but the one request wasn't honored. The Flower Station website noted that they sometimes need to make substitutions based on availability, and that they "always aim to notify our customers of such a change." Since I have both an email address and a local phone number, and placed my order several days in advance, I expected to be contacted if there would be any substitutions, or if my request couldn't be honored. When I contacted customer service, they merely said that their substitution was appropriate, and there was nothing they could do. I previously also contacted Flower Station's customer service via email with a question about one of the new tulip bouquets, where it was unclear whether a vase was included. I never received a reply. Note that the product reviews on their own website are filtered: only 4 and 5 star reviews are posted. I posted a neutral 3-star review of "Wild At Heart" and it was removed. I wanted to love Flower Station, because it seemed like a convenient way to send bouquets to my loved ones in England. I'll stick to more trustworthy florists. read more

Waste of money, The driver claimed they couldn't get to the Marriott in Canary Wharf... I watched on the tracker all day waiting to surprise my wife. They didn't even get close to Canary Wharf!  Later sending me an email claiming "Reason: Can Not Get Into The Property".  So I called the hotel, they informed me that the front, side and back doors are always open and the driver just needed to try one of them. They still haven't responded to my emails asking what happened... AVOID THEM! read more

Instead of 5 small orchids as seen online she received only 2 larger leaning over orchids. I sent an email requesting that the orchids be replaced but I received no response! I even placed a long distance phone call and again no response. I left a review on their website but of course they did not post it! I would never use Flower Station again! Ordered some balloons to be delivered the same day, the order went through fine, tracked the order and it said on their website 'complete'. This was not the case, and they had no balloons in stock... Without a question of doubt the worst flowers I've ever had. My first time using this florist. My bunch from Asda lasted longer and looked better. These were delivered 5.8.21 and looked stunning. I followed the instructions to the letter. They looked stunning as in photo 1. I changed the water every day to ensure longevity. However, after 3 days they stared to look a bit sorry for themselves. I then cut more off the stems and put them in a fresh vase and hoped for the best. I'd ordered these in the hope that they'd open up and become a large colourful bouquet. How wrong was I. Not a single bud has opened. The flower petals have now started to go papery, the greenery wilted and clearly dying, and I'm at a loss to know what to do to revive them. A complete waste of money. I will not use flower station again, I wont recommend and I will write appropriate reviews on every platform I can find so that others dont waste their hard earned money read more

WORST EVER! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife after she came back from hospital. Flower Station says they delivered the flowers to someone we don't even know. No calls, no notes. Who knows what happened. When I called them - despite not receiving the flowers and having no knowledge of any delivery attempts and no knowledge of the person they delivered them to - Flower Station told me to have my wife - HOME FROM THE HOSPITAL - go out and try to find the flowers!?!?!?!?! Ordered flowers for same day delivery very early in they day. Later was informed by phone that south west London is not in London. Called back and they clarified they make one day delivery only to Central London. This information is not stated on their website, it says one day delivery to London. Save your time looking for flowers on their website. They did not even apologise. ps. even though completed order on their website could not leave review, says review for people who purchased flowers. I did purchase flowers. They either accept only positive feedback only or only from the customers from Central London. Feedback from cancelled later in the day order customers is not relevant for this company. read more

Poor service and awful attitude towards customer satisfaction. I placed an order for next day delivery, in London as their website states 'we deliver within the m25' only to receive an email the next day saying my order had been placed on hold. Multiple phone calls later I was informed that my destination of 'north london' was too far out. I was also promised a call within 30 mins to see if management would honour their promise as stated on the website, but there was no callback. Had to call yet again,only to be told that my deluxe order would not be delivered today-leavingme with a few hours to have my flowers sent with another,more reliable company. My experience with Flower Station was possibly the worst I have experienced with any company I have ever purchased from. Their website boasts quick processing times and delivery to across the UK. I ordered a 50 stem bouquet of tulips at £40 on Saturday morning, to arrive in Derbyshire on the next day (mother's day). My order was accepted with no qualms - I was relieved as it was admittedly short notice. I ended up going to Derby to see my mum and grandma, and waited..and waited...and waited. I attempted to track my order online, but was only offered the delivery status. I called them three times and was told my mum's flowers would be with us by 6pm. At 5:30 I received a call saying they hadn't realised the postal address was in Derbyshire, and that the order had not been processed and was not going to arrive until Tuesday, and that maybe I should have ordered earlier. Although I was fuming at the terrible customer service this caller offered as well as the incompetence given by the three I had spoken to previously, I decided to keep the order for Tuesday. HUGE mistake. I'm now sitting here, having called them another four times, being put on hold repeatedly and lied to about being phoned back. I finally demanded to speak to the manager and was told she was, conveniently, on another call. After being put on hold for another 5 minutes, the customer service rep told me that there was no order out for delivery in Derby today, and that they were using a new courier service which was causing them trouble. This was the most blatant dodging of responsibility I have heard from any company, ANYWHERE. I don't believe for a second that any florist would take risks with new couriers on the busiest weekend of the year. So, after phone 8 calls I was finally offered a full refund or 50% off the order price, with the flowers being delivered for Thursday - 6 DAYS AFTER I had ordered them. TOTALLY unacceptable. I should have been offered a complimentary bouquet AND a refund. The customer service reps lack integrity, as well as knowledge or understanding of customer service. They are lazy and apparently have no access to tracking softwares, despite my payment of £15 for courier services. In short - Flower Station is utterly shambolic and shamefully unreliable. I ordered a bunch of flowers for a 30th birthday, selecting this particular company for their advertised next day delivery. Not only did the flowers fail to turn up on the allocated day, Flower Station entirely failed to communicate this information to me. I had to send three emails before an acknowledgement was made that my order had not been delivered, an entire day after said birthday. No explanation, or apology, was offered, merely that the driver had not been able to find the address. The response I did receive was very rude, and when I requested a refund for failure to deliver on the service advertised, I have to date been ignored. I purchased a living social deal for a dozen long stemmed roses, when I rang Flower Station on the Thursday to arrange delivery I was rudely told to call back next week as they could'nt deliver before Tuesday. I rang on the Monday arranged delivery and they arrived at my Grandmothers nursing home the next day, where the staff took care of them, ensured they were trimmed, had flower food,not too hot, water changed etc. When I visited my Grandmother on the Friday every single flower was dead. Living Social are not interested, stating that it is the merchant who is responsible, and Flower Station were most unhelpful stating as long as they were not dead when they were delivered they see no reason to refund or replace them! All in all a shambles, very disappointed with the poor customer service and will certainly not be using Living Social or Flower Station again. read more

Staff from the customer service / main office is extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. Despite stating important details in the remarks section, they just simply ignore and when questioned about it, the rude woman from the office (calling from the phone number 0207 724 7525) responded by saying they couldn't care less about customers' requests and simply say the T&Cs on its website would cover them for the shortcoming. People who run the company do not have sufficient brain capacity to process the simplest requirement and is a perfect example to demonstrate a serious lack of common sense. They would simply do the bare minimum and charge you an arm and a leg for a Rolls Royce service. Delivery at this florist is also extremely incompetent, so if your flower delivery is extremely important and really need someone who is reputable and you can count on, stay well away from these underperformers. I really regret not doing a review search on the Flower Station before placing my extremely important order, as if I have read about all these reviews on many different websites, I definitely would not have made such mistake! I really hope people who consider to place an order from them in the future would read these reviews beforehand and think twice about using the Flower Station. On average I make 50+ flower orders each year and had no unpleasant experience until this time. I believe I am better off sticking to the ones that I have used before rather than being adventurous and try out somewhere completely new to me, like Flower Station. Under such gloomy economic climate, I sincerely hope that nobody will be stung by Flower Station anymore and they will be punished for the way they treat their customers and be out of business eventually, seeing that they have to promote themselves very hard on discount websites, this day may come pretty soon (unfortunately I did not know they do this before ordering and paid the full price quoted on their website). To conclude my experience at the Flower Station, it is extremely unpleasant, well below my modest expectation, extremely disrespectful to customers, do not treasure any good business relationship (strongly supported by other reviews on the internet), extremely poor value for money. My boyfriend in the US ordered flowers for me and paid extra to be delivered on Valentine's, I stayed in all Saturday waiting for the flowers and they never arrived. At 11:30 pm I got a call from the driver claiming he had called me and rang my doorbell, I told him he was lying and he said "Ok fine call the office tomorrow and they'll deliver your flowers and refund you your money." The next day I called the office and I was told I could upgrade the bouquet or get a refund (I wanted my flowers of course, so I opted for the upgrade) the gentleman on the phone told me they'd be delivered by 6pm, at 6:30 I called again and he claimed he meant that 6pm was the cut off time for orders but that I would receive my flowers. Cannot even rate this place it was such a disappointment, really regretted ordering from here, I made an order for a colleague on a Friday afternoon the order that I placed I wanted for the Monday. In my opinion the staff had been given enough time for preparation to have this order sent out on time, however the order was not received until the following Tuesday as they failed to deliver on the Monday, when contact was made with the florist they were not helpful and also giving out false information about the drivers whereabouts and to top that all off they were very rude, if I had to give advice to anybody reading from here please do yourself a favour and do not order from this place, I think that there are no standards at all, when the driver did eventually turn up instead or having a happy birthday balloon put with the flowers we received a congratulations balloon instead, however the flowers where very nice and very well presented. Guess what she gets a reply on Saturday from Gordon that the flowers cannot be delivered on Saturday . Mostly the purpose of flowers are day and date specific. So delivering it some other day kills the purpose. We replied to Gordon with 2 emails but never got a reply back about what's happening with the order. So Sunday we call their office and was told by a lady that the flowers have been delivered. We call our friend if they like the surprise and guess what it's not delivered and a height of embarrassment was faced by us. The explanation on the phone by your guy was that it's London specific delivery . Well carshalton beaches is not a non commutable distance and if you claim to deliver in 3 hours in London then my friend it's been nearly 42 hours, and please at least keep basic information about whether your order has been delivered or not to save your client fro embarrassment. And today being Tuesday it hasn't been delivered yet, so had to finally cancel the order. It's a shame . read more
