In not big into annuals, but I can blow a whole paycheck on blueberry bushes, tall grasses and anything purple that might come back year after year. I picked up two indoor plants and ceramic rainbow pots-they come in all shapes, sizes and colors. I'll definitely return! The checker said this is a third-generation shop! That's awesome. It's really beautiful and well-stocked, organized, so clean, excellent lighting. Well done to all at Kleins! Oh, sale on now. 25% off all the perennials and I think the annuals had a big price cut, too.

The prices were decent compared to the quality of the plants they have. You wonder about but there are attendants around if you have questions. It's a bummer to write this review, but this nursery has really declined over the past ten years…read more I used Stonewall Nursery extensively when I landscaped the grounds of my first house back in 2003. Though the prices were higher than most of the nurseries in the Madison area, this nursery carried a lot of unique trees and shrubs and the quality of their stock was second to none. In addition, the grounds were in immaculate condition with some breathtaking examples of shade gardens that were truly inspirational. Fast forward to the current day and things have slipped badly. The current variety of trees and shrubs is not what it used to be. I can find many of those same items closer to Madison at a lower price and in better condition. The display area is not well-maintained (lots of weeds) and is poorly organized. The bright spot is the staff. They remain friendly and knowledgeable. I used to look forward to my spring visits to Stonewall, but now, I really do not have a need to visit anymore.

The fall margaritas looked amazing. We enjoyed the corn maze, live music, sunflowers, zinnias, large lawn games (like pool, archery, beer pong, bags, and high striker), apple cannon, and fun photo op spots. This trip was just adults, and there really was something for everyone to do. Other than the apple cannon and food/drinks or items in the store-everything we did was included in the price of admission which was really convenient and appreciated. The activities were easy to navigate, restrooms were clean, and there was plenty of seating throughout the farm. Everyone was super friendly, especially the people checking our tickets at the car and the person welcoming us and giving us our maps.

They have a lot of activities spread out for kids but it just didn't feel the value what we paid for entering. They had a section of animals but no animals to be seen! The you pick flower section seemed a little lackluster. They definitely have created a lot of photo ops which kind of suckered me into coming here, but it was disappointing. The apple cider slushies were fantastic and full of brain freeze. They had a couple food trucks and live music out. Would probably choose eugsters or schusters over here.
