2020, I thought you were gone…read more I've received Valentine's Day roses from Flower Baskets several years in a row and the arrangements are always beautiful and long lasting. This year 2021, the beauty came to an unexpected halt less than a week after delivery. "2020, I thought you were gone", but noooo you're here in 2021 trying to ruin my Valentine's Day. My beautiful bouquet was dry, brittle, shriveled up, and hanging low less than one week after receiving it. My roses usually last about a month or more. Just as I was about to throw them out after trying desperately to revive them, I noticed the card with the business information listed and called. I spoke with a really nice lady who understood exactly what I was going through and explained what may have caused the flower death. Without resistance, she offered to deliver me a new dozen of roses to enjoy. Thank you so much for making this right. I hope to enjoy these roses longer than a week.

I have to say a special thank you to Joy and Charlene for the wonderful service they provided me…read more I came in 30 minutes before closing looking for a little presentation bouquet for my seven-year-old granddaughter. She was having a music program that night, and I waited till the last moment to think about getting her some flowers. When I walked in to Flowerfields Florist, I was not expecting too much because I figured they were probably ready to leave. However, when I was approached by Joy and I told her what I was looking for, she was so sweet and said they would see what they could do. When Charlene was told what I wanted, she was so accommodating and put together a beautiful little presentation bouquet. Neither lady made me feel rushed, or that I was an imposition to them. And my sweet granddaughter received her beautiful bouquet

I came out here a long time ago for some wedding stuff and possibly quinceañera ideas. Recently I…read morecame for accessories for my mum making. I thought it would be less packed going during the week but it was still very busy. I wanted to come right at 11 when they opened but arrived after 12:45. Some stuff I felt was a good price while other items were too expensive. I actually found some of the same items at Hobby Lobby near me for cheaper and some things with more quantity in a pack. It's a lesson learned because I did mention this early to my daughter but she couldn't decide and ended up wanting a mum. I would still come if I can't locate specifics. I definitely recommend if you are coming for mums whether pre made or starting from scratch to do things early on and price items/mums at different places first for the best deals. I drove from Wylie so that's why the price for the amount of stuff I bought seemed over priced. Also at check out, be prepared for a long line. It did move fairly decent so keep this in mind if you think it's an in and out type of thing but maybe it was just the time I went. When I was at the register the female working was being assisted by an older gentleman. Not sure if she was not having a good day but I literally witnessed him telling her that he didn't know if she just didn't want to work. He also noticed she was messing with a stapler and he told her something about that with an attitude and continued helping check me out. Although she did seem like she didn't want to be there. So he was calling out prices to her of my items and honestly I don't know if that combination was accurate. It doesn't help customers that the receipt doesn't show items listed w/the description, it only shows prices. I'm ok with no returns policy but not ok if the prices didn't match up with the items I had with me because of how the two were handling things.
