I have along with several others that I know of, requested they move a couple of the treadmills from the main room into the movie room, which they have not done. The ones in the main room you may see one person on one of them, but the movie room treadmills are the main equipment used in the movie room. The last 4 times I stopped in to try and get a treadmill, I was only able to use one once out of the 4. What is the use in having a membership if the management does not respond to their patrons and you are not able to use the equipment you joined for??? I will say this... They denied my mail authentication and said it was fake and continued to charge me for EIGHT MORE MONTHS! THEN I tried to cancel my membership after my contract expired and they said "the REQUEST takes 90 days to process" and I had to CONTINUE to pay. SHAPES-you owe me hundreds of dollars. I will NEVER join Shapes again and neither should you. It was such awful customer service; they are worse then a internet company.
