Jeena and Kaci are incredibly helpful and excellent in listening and offering the benefit of their knowledge and experience. I first went for IV help at the end of a month long bout with RSV. My body was totally depleted. I could barely walk after a month in bed with a cough so severe that I fractured my spine. My first experience was outstanding, from both the staff interaction and the benefits for my health. After having the first IV, I slept for about nine hours. It was shocking to wake up and realize that I had an unbroken sleep for the first time in many years. Typically, I have difficulty falling and staying asleep. The next day I felt my normal good health and energy starting to return. I went back as soon as possible for another session. What an amazing resurgence! Looking back, I don't know where I would be right now without the support my body needed. Jeena and Kaci are amazing! When my husband and I show up knowing nothing about what will benefit us, they are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They are exceptionally skilled at what they do and leave nothing to chance. They ask questions to ensure they understand what is going on. Once in the chair and ready to start the IV, they do everything possible to be sure that complete comfort is ahead. From asking if you would like a blanket, to a choice of scented cloth, to understanding the massage chair settings, ensuring the IV is comfortable....they cover it all. The nurses working here are compassionate and skilled! I am very grateful to have access to such a great facility and caring help.

As a registered nurse, I know the importance of hydration and supplements, and was feeling lousy. I easily made an appointment the night before online, completed a mobile health history intake form and was welcomed by my nurse Kaci the minute I stepped in the door. I initially kept it a secret that I too am a nurse to not cause any pressure or competition. Throughout the entire process, Kaci was very thorough, customized the IV ingredients to what I desired and was sure to make me feel comfortable. I barely felt a thing when she placed the IV or gave me a Vitamin B12 intramuscular injection. I also absolutely loved the perks of nasal oxygen, a high tech massage chair and cool lavender facial cloth. Overall, I will definitely be back for a future treatment and was impressed with their staff's knowledge and positive attitudes.

I was playing in a baseball tournament in Phoenix and my first day I got food poisoning. Let's just say I was a mess. But I found this place on Yelp and couldn't have been happier. Everyone who worked there was very nice and helpful. My main nurse was Sam and she was awesome. She recommended exactly what I needed and was a sweetheart. I came down with a stomach bug or…read morefood poisoning on Saturday evening and could quickly tell that I was so dehydrated I'd need to receive an IV - gulping down water wouldn't work fast enough, and I couldn't keep it down anyway. My mom (a nurse) recommended going to the ER, but I have terrible health insurance and knew I'd end up paying thousands. I texted Element, and Krista showed up at my door an hour later. I'd never received an IV in my life, let alone at my own house, so I was clueless--but desperate. Krista was incredibly kind and patient with me as she worked to find a vein that would take the IV. She never once made me feel gross, even though she was witnessing me at an incredibly humbling moment. I felt comfortable and safe around her and when the bag was empty, I owed roughly $400-far less than I would have paid at the ER. The anti-nausea meds in the bag helped a ton, too. I feel that I would not have recovered from my illness nearly as quickly if I had skipped the IV. Now I know that in a pinch, Element has my back.

So once back I'm Phoenix I made an online appt for a 4 pm on a Sunday infusion to help ward off what I knew was coming or perhaps lessen the effects of my impending illness. Booking was super easy on-line and a very pleasant female nurse was there on time and set me up and it didn't take as long as some other places because she put a compression thing on the IV bag about half way through. Fine by me, like too 30 minutes and not 45-60 I've had before. I believe I got the "" immunity" IV. Price was competitive, and I really liked how good the nurse was. I think the IV helped lessen what turned to be a really bad cold which kept me from going to Orange Theory for 2 weeks. Ugh! Great company, I'll definitely use their service again.

Previously, I attended a Yelp event and fell in love with the compression therapy. I had been…read moretraveling over the summer for work, but recently got in contact to see if I could book just the compression therapy as I'm not a fan of needles. The owner Lynn was prompt to get back to me, and even offered a package rate for 10 sessions ($250) versus $35/session. I opted for the package to get myself a wellness gift for my birthday as I try to do one self-care/health item every year to take care of me. I'm not sure if it's the elevation of the zero gravity chair or the compression therapy itself, but my edema melts away leaving me feeling amazing! My plan is to come monthly like I do rest floats, which is conveniently less than a mile away. Definitely hoping to continue to see the health benefits and continue my wellness journey as I quickly head into my 40s. Thank you Lynn and team as this has helped improve circulation, and ultimately the edema I can get in my feet during the summer and flights. Appreciate you adjusting the setting as it felt a little too tight at first, but landed on it being great. I'll see you guys next month!
