They did not do a good job cleaning up after install leaving a lot of sharp metal scraps around the house. We did need them to come back at few times - some to fix installation misses, some to fix weather related failures. I'd give customer service about a 6.5 - they did come back out but it was some time to get a callback and then actual repair. If I had had to do it again, I'd have gotten a couple more bids. May still have gone with them but it would have been a more informed choice.
