She had a terrible experience as well. The day after our date I read Kelly's 18 one star reviews, and was compelled to tell my story. I hired Revolution Dating at the beginning of 2023 and signed a one-year, $15,000 contract based on the promise of a high-touch, personalized matchmaking service. In the beginning, there was some communication and a couple of matches, but things quickly tapered off. Midway through the contract, the matchmaker I was working with essentially disappeared. I stopped receiving introductions, updates, or even responses to my outreach. I followed up multiple times--emails, texts, calls--and received nothing in return. It was as if the service I paid for simply ceased to exist. What makes this especially frustrating is the lack of accountability. At no point did anyone from the company acknowledge the radio silence or attempt to make things right. I was left with the clear impression that once they had my money, their interest in delivering what was promised evaporated. For a business that sells itself on trust, relationships, and human connection, the experience I had was the opposite. I would strongly caution anyone considering this service to be aware that follow-through may not be part of the package.

Then I get a text message that they are still trying to contact the woman. Weeks go by. I get no communication. The third week I call and I am told the lady assigned to me quit. They are over worked and will try to contact the woman. I was told it is normal not to hear for a month or more. That is not service I paid for. It has been over a month and still no communication to meet with a second woman. This company is dishonest and just taking peoples money and supplying no legitimate service. Stay away.

Instead of accountability, they resort to intimidation and manipulation. This is not how an ethical business operates. I am leaving this update so future customers know exactly what they are walking into. My experience has been nothing but dishonesty, pressure tactics, and threats. Update: 8/19/2025! After leaving my initial review below, the company reached out to me directly and offered $300 worth of "personal dating coaching" if I updated or removed my review. This raises serious concerns about the authenticity of the reviews posted here, since customers are being incentivized to alter their feedback.
