Don't waste your time or money. They play a good game making it seem like they're gonna work long and hard to find really good guys that match your preferences. They convince you how they're more accurate than the dating sites. Long story short don't trust them all of my matches had nothing to do with what I signed up for (preferences) I'm not vain that Brad Pitt is going to appear but you tell them what's attractive to you. NONE were any bit attractive. I feel like you need to have some sort of an attraction to even kick it off. Literally all these guys I could've met at Walmart or at the bar. None worth wanting to see again. (One wasn't a people person, another worked too much, another didn't want kids,etc) I'm not trying to sound stuck up or judge but being honest. The worse part you don't get to see what they look like so when you're waiting to meet you have no idea who to look for! FS quick to put blame judgement on you that you didn't give it a chance or not understanding how sometimes you don't feel chemistry with someone. You never hear feedback from the guys about you. It's hard to meet good guys out there I felt like they scammed me they just want your money and can play you however/ how long they want. It took 3yrs for all my "6 referrals" in that time I easily couldn't been married! I tried fighting my credit card company for the payment to be reversed I did a lot of research on how I was scammed and because I was a year short timeframe from "buying the membership" and fighting the charges they wouldn't have reversed it for me. I joined up and only wish it was $1000...I was charged $5000 for a match quota and they were v v slow to send matches ..even tho they knew I was a snowbird. so far its cost me about $1000 per date .... I agree with the other reviewers...stay away.. not only that, they pretended to go out of business in 2016 and are now back...that's not what I call a professional way to do business...quite the reverse ... so adding to the critique around slow, poor matches , overpromising , overcharging ...they are dishonorable too read more

The business violated my preferences for age, physical activity and children living at home after I expressed my preferences They thought they were giving me a "bargain" 5 matches for $1000, but some bargain! I expressed detailed preferences for age range(40-early 50s) (after the first two matches were a disaster), and physical activity(very active) and later on the requirement about children not living at home. They assured me that they had women, within these parameters to match me with. Although I know that matchmaking is an inexact science, I wanted the service to stick within these parameters. The service repeatedly sent me matches not in keeping with these parameters, saying I had to be flexible, or else they could not match me. By flexible, this meant matching me with women the same age or older, who tended not to be very physically active, although they did not have children at home. The women that were in their 40s, either had children living at home, and/or were not physically active. I was able to excuse this the first four matches, but then on the fifth match, my last, which took five months, the service paired me up with a woman the same age, "who had not been to the gym in a year" after I outlined in exhaustive detail, what I was looking for. They said they wanted to make my last match " a good one." LOL. The director would not talk to me, when I asked to. If the service was not able to satisfy my requirements, they should not have assured me that they would be able to, when I joined. Do not join! You will be sorry. (Less) read more

Like most matchmaking services, Florida Singles is only out to make the "sale". The introductory office visit is very high pressure tactic. I've had 6 referrals so far (in 2 years!) and, except for the right age range, nothing aligned with my preferences. The first 3 lived over an hour away, #4 couldn't understand who I was or why I called him, 5 was obese which I had expressly said was a total turn-off. 6 was rude and nasty on the initial phone contact. This place suddenly went out of business. When JODI was aware of that, called me and "offered" me a "manager's deal" If I pay $1,000.00 my balance will be zero..... It sounded weird to me but I accepted...... But of course I required a document about. I received it and saved it just in case. Days after I tried to log in and the web was giving a message that made me think that they were out of business. I tried again couple more times and the same. I sent a text to JODI and she went off on me just because I asked about. With a CAPITALIZED NO, why she didn't give a decent answer? Days after I found about when they were out of business and match my charge.... She just wanted to collect the money before they "disappear" I sent an email to the new Company and no answer besides a call to let me know they received the email. I'm still waiting but be aware of this person and this business. If you do more research is not the first time they change name used to be called "The Two Of Us" and keep navigating. I was very disappointed in this service. The make you believe that they have a lot of great guys in their service that are just right for you and get you hooked for a big fee. I was led to believe that it was a personal matchmaking service but once the Florida Singles company was sold to another group all my matches were done over the phone. The people that were matching me didn't know me or what I was looking for nor did they know the people they were setting me up with. The company that was doing the matchmaking was on the opposite coast of Florida so they had no idea where I lived or where my matches lived. Most of the guys they set me up with lived at least an hour away. They would tell me they had the perfect person for me but they hadn't met them so I'm not sure how they could figure that out. Anytime I'd try to call to talk with someone I'd get a voicemail, no direct contact. They would eventually call back and just talk over me and tell me about the next amazing person without ever listening to my concerns or questions. This was a complete waste of $2,000 - don't do it!
