BAT (Eric the owner) immediately responded by denying that I…read moreever contacted them in the first place (lies) and that I should have inspected the shotgun prior to purchasing it (disregarding the fact that I purchased it online and it was sent to my local FFL, so the purchase wasn't done in-person). We went back and forth on BBB to no avail. RTSP finally got in touch with someone (not Eric) from their organization, who would then send out the replacement sight. No manual was sent as they no longer provide them with their guns (smh that's a first)! Eric (owner) then had the audacity to make it seem like he had resolved the issue on BBB (after the sight was already sent out thanks to RTSP complaining to BAT's distributor sales rep). This took 7 weeks to get resolved. I stand my ground that BAT is not worth the aggrevation and that you should look at other makes for future purchases. They clearly try to not honor the "lifetime warranty" on their products by avoiding you altogether, and have ongoing quality control and customer service issues. You can find similar complaints on BBB (they have an "F" rating), their own social media pages (comments), and any gun forums in general that support this!

Gunsmith is a fraud. He was suppose to pin and weld a warcomp but when I went to the range it…read morelooked a little crooked after shooting. I unscrewed it off the barrel by hand! Never pin and welded. The warcomp wasn't even drilled all the way through. My barrel was ruined, all threads were gone except the last 2-3 rows but the threads on the warcomp were all intact! How they accomplished that I have no idea. Stay away from this place. I use my weapons exclusively for home defense. This should be a crime. While I don't like the ATF I wonder how they would feel about fake pin and welds from this place. Have no plans to ever go back there. I will accept the loss of my BCM barrel, lesson learned. I will hold on to this upper in case I change my mind about reporting this BS. You have been warned.

The Range Safety Officers are phenomenal, so helpful and you feel safe at all times. If you are coming here though, the number one thing to know.... if you get cold easily, WEAR A SWEATSHIRT! I am always cold, but these ranges are freezing, FYI! In general, it's best to wear pants, long sleeves, a hat (personally), nothing low cut, and of course closed toe shoes. They have sales all the time on guns and ammo, though I wouldn't personally suggest buying those things here - come here for the range but in my opinion buy your guns and things elsewhere because they do tend to be pricier than others. I found this 'Groove Belt,' which is pretty much a game changer for me. It has a magnetic buckle that has two heavy duty hooks built in to keep it from coming undone unless you intend to unbuckle it, the belt is also 'one size fits most' so you can adjust it to almost any size waist. You can choose to leave the slack intact so that it infinitely adjustable for as long as you own the belt or you can cut some of the slack if its bothersome. The belt even stretches with you when you bend over to work so it never feels uncomfortable when keeping it somewhat taunt when my shirt is tucked in for the workplace; like I said, a complete game changer for me. We stopped in the Saturday after Thanksgiving and they still had a great deal on the belt. It normally costs $60 but was marked down to $39, I probably should have bought two of these things but I wanted to see how long it lasts in my work environment, only time will tell. Since we were there shopping, we noticed they had great deals going on for BCG training attire and all Magellan clothing. I purchased several pairs of BCG shorts and workout pants and one Magellan top at 50% off which was a great deal. Staff here have always been super friendly and helpful and the store is kept immaculate. I highly recommend stopping in to check them out if you're in the area.
