I've been coming for two months. Mary Stern is awesome. I look forward to my next visits (which is insane if you knew me). She is very smart and knows technics for the spine that very few therapists know (McKenzie method). She cares....and that is the best trait in a heath care professional. She talks through and finds the solution(s). I was hesitant to post this glowing review because I didn't want to let the secret out. Gerry is the other therapist and seems to have similar characteristics (his patients are happy). I truly found my personal therapist for as long as Mary will take me (all future problems). She has been practicing her profession for more than 30 years. Exceedingly well trained, still keeping up with continuing educational seminars, she is a pleasure to work with. I had not been aware that there were physical therapists with such a specialty, until my orthopedist, whose judgment and referrals over the years have been outstanding, suggested I see her for my trigger finger. While I could have gone to BRRH Drummond Rehab Institute, I accepted his referral, and am pleased that did. If you are diagnosed with any orthopedic condition related to your hands, I strongly recommend that you obtain a referral to Debbie. And if you are fortunate, she may be able to fit you into her schedule. Since this practice is basically Debbie Austin, as a solo practitioner, with an occasional additional therapist, demand for her services exceed her ability to satisfy all referrals. When Alaric was six months old he enjoyed homemade baby foods. After I started introducing him to real food around the age of 10 months he refused almost everything. Everyone would just say "it's a phase", "he will grow out of it", "babies/children are picky eaters", "if he's hungry enough he'll eat", "all he really needs is to drink milk". My motherly intuition told me something was wrong but everybody reassured me that it was fine. He would literally only eat rice, crackers, chips, cookies, and sometimes bacon. Alaric was drinking a half gallon of milk a day. I tried everything to get him to eat. I screamed, I bribed, i begged, I spanked, I offered the iPad, I took away toys, I force feed him, I even bought an online feeding toddlers class. However nothing worked. He would gag or throw up almost every meal. I hit my breaking point and found a Pediatric Feeding Therapist online that offered a free consultation. She was the first person to tell me this is not normal and that I should seek help. I reached out to Taylor and was seen for a consultation. She told me to bring a preferred food and he wouldn't even eat his preferred foods. When we left the consultation my husband looked at me and said "this woman is good if anybody can get him to eat it's going to be her". After 3 months of treatment Alaric now eats anything!!! Mealtimes went from a nightmare to an enjoyable part of my day. 1-Star Review: Very Disorganized and Wasted My Time Hi my…read morename is John Cacciatore I recently went to Gloria Drummond Physical Therapy for an evaluation after my knee surgery, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. I was evaluated by a physical therapist named Jorden, who told me I needed therapy three days a week for the next six weeks. She even chose the days and times for me -- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:00 AM -- and walked me to the front desk to have the appointments scheduled. The problem was that no one was at the desk, so she said she would hand the paperwork in and told me to call later to finalize the dates. When I called that afternoon, I was shocked to find out that they only had one single appointment available -- Friday at 11:00 AM -- completely different from what was planned. They had nothing available the following week except for one Wednesday. The scheduling staff kept contradicting themselves, first telling me they must follow the physical therapist's order of "three times a week," yet they could only schedule one appointment. Then they said they could only give me "whatever availability the therapist has each week," which still didn't match what had been arranged. This entire situation wasted my time, delayed my therapy, and put my recovery at risk. When you're recovering from surgery, every day matters -- and this level of disorganization is unacceptable. I'm very frustrated and want others to be aware: be careful choosing this place, because the lack of communication and scheduling problems may absolutely set you back. I normally don't leave negative reviews, but my experience at Gloria Drummond Physical Therapy was extremely disappointing and needs to be shared. After trusting them with my post-surgical recovery, I was met with poor communication, lack of professionalism, and inadequate care. The staff showed very little urgency or concern for my condition, and instead of receiving focused therapy, I often felt ignored and brushed off. What should have been a supportive and therapeutic environment felt rushed and careless. Their lack of proper guidance, follow-up, and treatment consistency made my recovery more frustrating than it needed to be. Patients deserve to feel safe, heard, and properly cared for--especially after surgery--and unfortunately this facility did not provide that. I hope management takes these issues seriously so others don't go through the same experience.

Called the center in East Boca Raton and was told it was likely a week before I could see anyone and they would have to search for a doctor who takes Aetna insurance and they were unsure of when an appointment could be set if they couldn't find a care giver. I hung up the phone realizing making money is the only thing on their agenda. I will file a complaint with the state of Florida for such deplorable medical service. Getting medical help should NEVER be this complicated.
