The reason why I continued renting for so long was because the service was consistent!! Every time I needed something fix, I would enter the service in the site and Linda would call me the same day to fix the issue. I never had a situation where she could not fix anything. The rent was affordable and we never had an issue with the rent going sky rocket high. I appreciate Linda's service. As a matter fact, this year the reason why I am no longer renting from Linda is because she helped me buy a house! I didn't think I could afford to buy a house. I am a single mother and it's hard doing it on your own. I told Linda that I was interested in buying a house somewhere and I gave her my requirements and what I can afford one day.
