The people that assist the nurse practitioners do not call you back, so if you need a prescription renewed you are s.o.l. The quality of care is below average unless you can get in to see the doctor, who you can't get an appointment with for months. Then if you happen to miss that appointment, they put you at the end of the que. I very strongly do not recommend this doctors office.

Prescription pills have their place, but when a healthy lifestyle change, natural supplements, and being mindful about what you eat (definitely not the foods you suggested) can possibly fix the issue, have a conversation with the patient! I reached out to both of them for mental health and they both slammed the door in my face and refused to call me back. I take that back Jessica Hills in Ormond Beach the nurse practitioner that no longer works for Erica. She called me back when she found out that I requested. My medical records not be sent to her I went into Jessica Hills's office on my knees begging for help. Oh she pushed some pills at me that's for sure. I have no problem with that because quite frankly, I don't think I would survive this without them right now but mental health is what I'm reaching out for and they will not help me. Do not go there. I've been asking Jessica for three years for a referral for mental health at this time. Now I am being told she will not renew it until I see her in Feb. Which will leave me two months short. All I asked for was a refill for one year, she refused.
