I've always chosen Rise over other places because the quality is great and, until recently, the staff has always been kind and helpful. Today was completely different. I called ahead and explained that I do not currently have a car because I was in an accident, and that I was waiting on a Lyft to get there. I was told they would stay open and help me. Then, when I arrived and was literally pulling up, the employees saw me and ran out of the store to their cars. I understand businesses have closing times. What I do not understand is telling a customer you'll wait, being rude and passive aggressive on the phone, and then leaving while watching that customer arrive, especially after I explained my situation. The way this was handled was beyond disappointing and honestly disgusting. Since the previous manager left, the customer service at this location has noticeably gone downhill.
