I completely loved the work dynamics betweent the employees. It is DEFINITELY true with the saying, "a good business is when the employees are happy", and that is what this place is about. I got nothing but excellent service from Chris, the lady behind the counter (I forgot her name :'D), the mechanic that worked on my car, and spotlight on Joe! Joe, overall, was my main point of contact and truly helped me out making my decisions in what to do with my car and helped me financially wise as well. Joe, you're a great guy! Service - I really want nothing but OEM parts for my car as it is my fault driver, and Joe was up front that they didn't have my OEM parts and I was appreciative about that. He assured me the parts, at least for what my car was needed, was up to par. Price and service is within the industry par, so they weren't trying to rob me or anything. I really enjoyed and felt calm and trusted in their work. I plan on coming here from now on. They let me inspect my car as I somewhat know what I'm looking for. I just got amazing service here!

When we're done they gave me an estimate based on my needs and when I decided to only some of the work they did NOT pressure to do anymore. When I went back a little while late to pick the car up the manager Eric came in from the shop and told the associate handling me .. Rich I think.. to not forget my military discount. He saw my DAV tag. Got an extra 10% off without asking or promoting. They were all great and will have no problem going back to complete the rest of the work. On the same day, I scheduled an appointment for the installation of the four tires at Pep Boys store #1054 for 10:00 AM on December 5, 2025. After waiting an hour, I was apologized to for the delay and assured that I would be next. However, after another hour, my vehicle was finally on the lift with the rims and tires removed, only to be informed, "Sorry, we don't have your tires in stock." I was then offered the option to purchase other tires at an additional cost (which felt like a bait-and-switch). I understand that issues can arise, especially during a sale. However, part of good customer service should involve checking inventory before making a customer wait two hours past a scheduled appointment, only to inform them after their old tires have been removed from the vehicle. While at store 1054, I called Pep Boys customer service. I was told my case would be forwarded to a district manager, who would call me back, and was advised to "please monitor my calls." A day later, I am still waiting for that district manager to contact me. What has happened to basic customer service? If it weren't for the customer, businesses would not exist. The customer keeps your doors open, Pep Boys! I received a call at 5:15 PM on December 5, 2025, from Pep Boys Store 1054, notifying me that my tires have arrived and that I can schedule another appointment for installation. Now, I'm questioning whether I can trust Pep Boys for this installation. Can I trust that my life and my family's safety will be protected after Pep Boys works on my vehicle?
