She order antibiotics and I was told the pharmacy didn't receive the order. Even though the clinic was closed, I was able to email Dr. Hertzog and she called me and let me know that she sent the prescription in for him and this was Saturday when they are not open. I did extensive research on who was the very best in Central Florida because let's face it (pun intended), it's an important body part. Dr. Saluja kept coming up so I booked a simple 25unit Botox appointment. The results were spectacular! Just the right amount of lift without looking fake. Feeling confident, I then booked an appointment for Juvederm and Botox to fill in my lower face. Her work was superb! At our latest appointment Makeesha took a biopsy on my face and it was confirmed to be basal cell carcinoma. I had Mohs surgery along the side of my nose, near my eye by Dr. Sequeira who is Board Certified and very competent. During my prep and during surgery the surgeon was assisted by TJ. TJ was so personable and knowledgable about the type of surgery and what to expect. The area was very sensitive and TJ really helped me through it. He finished up my procedure by bandaging my wound and made certain I knew what to expect and how to care for my stitched wound until my follow up. The following week I saw Makeesha for my follow up. Prior to Makeesha checking my wound, TJ removed my stitches. He is so gentle & sympathetic that he makes the whole experience from start to finish tolerable. TJ is a true asset to Brevard Skin and Cancer as is Makeesha. I highly recommend Brevard Skin and Cancer to everyone!

I had been scheduled for a procedure but when I arrived at the appointment I was informed about some limitations needed to ensure that results were good. At the time, I could not stick to those limitations and decided to reschedule the appointment. The office staff was unable to reschedule at the time and I was told I would receive a call to make the new appointment. After not receiving that call in a week, I called the appointment phone number and left a message (their message said someone would call back within one hour). Another week went by and I called two times in a day - same lack of result. The last time I told them that this would be the last phone call I made to them. I have still not received a call back. I am now in the process of looking for a new Dermatologist. While I had been very pleased with the medical professionals in this practice, I believe the patient (customer) service is severely lacking - in fact, this last time it has been completely absent.
