She order antibiotics and I was told the pharmacy didn't receive the order. Even though the clinic was closed, I was able to email Dr. Hertzog and she called me and let me know that she sent the prescription in for him and this was Saturday when they are not open. I had been scheduled for a procedure but when I arrived at the appointment I was informed about some limitations needed to ensure that results were good. At the time, I could not stick to those limitations and decided to reschedule the appointment. The office staff was unable to reschedule at the time and I was told I would receive a call to make the new appointment. After not receiving that call in a week, I called the appointment phone number and left a message (their message said someone would call back within one hour). Another week went by and I called two times in a day - same lack of result. The last time I told them that this would be the last phone call I made to them. I have still not received a call back. I am now in the process of looking for a new Dermatologist. While I had been very pleased with the medical professionals in this practice, I believe the patient (customer) service is severely lacking - in fact, this last time it has been completely absent.
