I was shopping around for insurance, I had brought my car from out of state, and was really dreading changing my insurance to Florida. Being that I live in Miami, I thought the price for insurance was going to be crazy expensive. In many cases it can be, it's just the way it is. I submitted a form on Sunday on Florida Plus Insurance's Website, I didn't want to call because I realized it was Sunday, and their office was closed. Low an behold, 5 minutes after I submitted the form, I get a call from Andrew. He was calling me on a Sunday, to help me get the best quote. Over the next 30 minutes, Andrew worked to get me the best quote possible. He did just that! Like I stated, at the beginning I thought it was going to be crazy expensive. Ok so to begin.. Meeting Cliff was a blessing... not only did he care about my finances but also about my known what I knew about the law.... Cliff went above and beyond to help me.... He did way more then any other company I have ever had... CLiff walked me thru step by step on whet kind of insurance I needed and how much it would be and this was after I told him that I found someone 50 dollars cheaper... long story short I ended up going with Florida Auto plus Insurance.... I was welling to pay the extra $50 because talking to cliff was different then talking to any other consultant... The way way me and Cliff talked was like we knew each other for years... I decided to go with Cliff company at 6:15pm that day, luckily he was still there... And unlike other companies he took care of me the same day.. instead of saying (we are closed call back tomorrow )..Any way my insure from 6 different companies came up to $2,500 and $2,200 with discounts for 6 months... know I don't know what Cliff did but like I said he is very knowledgeable...All I know is when are conversation ended my insurance was $1,900 every six's months..I don't know who was more happier me or Cliff lol... I Guess what I'm trying to say if u need insurance spend it money where the company is going to care about u and not just the money... I had been with Progressive for 6 mos and hoping to receive a favorable renewal rate. It did go down, but not nearly enough. I knew of Andrew and his family's company from a blog I had read a year earlier. Because I could not locate Florida Auto Plus Ins. by name. I contacted another agency listing they specialize in high risk coverage. I was quoted a rate $4 more than my renewal rate... Due to perseverance and I believe divine intervention, the day I had resolved to just pay the renewal, In one last ditch effort: Lo and behold, I found Clifford and Andrew. They. Are. The. Best.. Andrew was able to get my 6 mo rate lowered by $200 (with Progressive?) FAPI has earned a lifelong customer with their due diligence.
