Still waiting!! Yesterday I canceled our renters insurance and was told that they'd send an email to initiate a cancellation of that policy. Again still waiting!! Insurance companies sell a "service". It is not a tangible product and that being said if I were you I'd take my business elsewhere.

To make things worse, we wrote Mr. Milanes an email regarding the inefficient customer service his staff was providing, explaining to him why we were leaving his company and no response. Luckily, companies like these don't last very long. There are too many insurance companies out there...stay away!
