Funny thing is that when I went back and looked at my log at that exact time and date, that message does not fit into the conversation we were having AT ALL. It looked like a fake conversation. He had created on his end to cover his a**, but I keep it records of all my conversations with any type of business. He NEVER told me I was responsible for canceling those policies. And even admitted that he didn't bother checking to see if they had gotten canceled. I was also led to believe I was required to carry some of these policies because if I canceled one of them it would raise the rates on another. This was a LIE. After doing weeks of research on my end, making dozens of phone calls to my various insurance companies.
