Um... "ew" best sums up my feelings. I had the same Cuban sub as reviewed below, and I was…read moreconsiderably less impressed. First off, I was expecting something grilled, or at least with toasted bread; this was neither. The bread was *slathered* in mayo, so much so that the innards of the sandwich slid right out of the bread as soon as I picked it up. If there were less than 1/2 cup of mayo on that entire sandwich, I'd be shocked. The rest of the mayo-wich consisted of cold Swiss cheese, cold ham, maybe 3-4 pickle slices, and pulled pork. The pork itself wasn't bad, but it was so liquidy that it made the bread disintegrate. I ate half the thing with a fork (trying to avoid the clumps of mayo) before giving up, only because I didn't have time to take it back to the Gypsy truck for a refund. I get that it's a "Cuban-style" sub, so I'm not annoyed at the lack of authenticity of a real pressed Cuban sandwich. It was just objectively bad. Why 2 stars? I'm feeling generous, I guess, or maybe because the lady at the truck was so sweet. Or maybe because it was a flat $6, which is cheaper than most truck meals. Seriously, though, it was the worst food truck I've tried yet in Indy, and I've tried damn near all of them. Duos happened to be right across the street, and I made the wrong decision. #bummed (For informational purposes, if you still want to try this place, it's cash only.)

It's been a minute since I've updated this review. For the past few years, IWFM has been located at…read moreThe Amp alongside their wonderful built-in food vendors and shops. It's such a natural and great way to bring new faces into the space and celebrate local makers. The farmers market is a great family activity and often features live music, storytelling and other charming activities. We often end up grabbing brunch from Llama Delicatessen and Tinker Coffee. As for market vendors, you'll find everything from pasta and local cheese to winter produce, honey and dried flowers. It's a great assortment of food you can actually take home to make meals (and not just sauces and soaps ;). This is one of our favorite ways to spend Saturday mornings in the winter. Highly recommend!

The 2021-2022 location is The Amp - a new city market/like the Garage where there are multiple food stalls. The Amp - even tho it is not by anything - has the audacity to have pay parking lots but they are FREE during the farmers market! This market is huge with lots of vendors. Bring CASH. Most take credit but a few younger businesses only do cash or Venmo. There's a lot to offer - Filipino food, vegetables, fruits, spices, handmade crafts, baked goods, candles, sandwiches, etc. The food stalls are also open so you have a ton of awesome options for food while you are there!
