Disability paperwork filled out) This man made everything so difficult for me that I would have panic attacks and not be able to open his secure message responses to questions I asked for days. Because the answer was always "no" or him doubting me or making this process of trying to get something complicated diagnosed even harder by making me argue for every single thing. Like filling out short term disability paperwork when I was going on FMLA leave. Everything was already hard and he made it harder. The most recent time, when I called to ask their office manager what to do when the doctor can't help, I got a certified letter from Dr French firing me. Dr French wants to do the basic work and then go home and not think about his job or his patients. I kind of think he wants to not think about his patients when they're in the room too. He can play like he listens and play a good doctor, but when it really matters, he'll let you down every single time.

He has been my primary care provider for over 30 years and will be the rest of my life. I currently drive 100 miles in each direction to be seen by him, and these visits are simply for medication management and annual physicals.

My previous doctor never charged me for this, so I will be returning to them as a patient. I also called the office for clarification, but unfortunately Dr. Abraham has not returned my call. In summary, if you have a minor medical condition that requires an annual prescription renewal, do not seek care at Rocky Hill Family Physicians.

If you have ever felt like "just a number" or "just a patient" at another doctor give Dr Hunter a try. She listens to everything you have to say and I can tell is GENUINELY concerned about your health and well being. I have congestive heart failure, diabetes, high blood pressure, you name it. My other doctor had been prescribing the same medications FOREVER. Dr Hunter was not afraid to try some different meds and I am happy to say I have never done better. I was a driver for someone and dropped them off for their appointment 15 minutes early as…read morerequested. The waiting room was packed and not seats were available. Fortunately some nice people gave her their seats because she was elderly... and she ended up waiting over 2 hours to go back! We got there at 10:45am, her appointment was at 11am and she texted me that she was finally going back at 1:31pm per my text messages time stamps. We heard this place over booked and it's true. She went because this is where her doctor's office scheduled her appointment, but maybe next time we will ask about somewhere else. We didn't get home until 3:43pm so the entire day was wasted. The nurse was nice when I went back to get her after she woke up, but they should have made her appointment for 1:30pm not 11! That's ridiculous. She followed their directions and took her medication and everything at 4am because they told her it had to be a certain amount of time since her last dose before her procedure... she could have taken it at 6am and not had to wake up and try to go back to bed. Overall, not super pleased with how the appointments are managed. Either go first thing in the morning, or go somewhere else.
