I've seen Dr, Casey page for 27 yrs. This office is so professional and always has been. Dr. Page…read morealways has the latest treatments for my diabetes. Having it for 28 yrs. and so far doing what I am told, I don't have physical losses like others with diabetes. If you need 2 hours to speak with him then you will get 2 hours with him. Never rushed and the I am the center of attention with him and his Nurse, Ashley. Always listens to all my physical problems and I wish all my physicians were as attentive as he is. Always making sure I can afford the treatments and gives me samples to try out new drugs before I purchase them. Love him and this office.

So disappointed in this group! I work 40 plus hours a week and primary caregiver for my adult son…read morewith a serious mental illness. Yes I have had to cancel many appointments due to my hectic schedule and responsibilities but when I finally got a break and was ready to be seen again I am told I can't come back as a patient because of so many cancellations. Good to know that you honestly put administrative rules above your patients. No one even had a conversation with me to ask the "why". You herd people in and out of there like cattle and are always busy with long wait times so not really sure how my cancellations hurt you! Now that I know how you treat people (like a number), I am thankful you won't let me come back! I need a doctor who actually cares and treats people like people! I did not deliver this message to the lady I talked to on the phone because it wasn't her fault and I was in shock! Best of luck to you-I pray you remember what healthcare is all about and the oath that was taken!

Highly unprofessional!…read more I made an appointment months ago to see Dr. Battineni. First of all when I get there I informed them at the desk that I can't write due to tremors in my hand but that went mostly ignored and they wanted me to fill out a bunch of forms anyway, which kept until I got the nurse to do it. When I eventually got to see the doctor, she seemed to genuinely want to help but went through the motions then informed me that she would be leaving this practice and could not tell me where she would be going next. I should have been informed of this right away. Instead of transferring me to another doctor, all they did was pass me off to an NP for another appointment in 6 months. The facility itself is awful. Parking is not even close to being convenient and they have almost no handicapped spots (this is a hospital!) This is not my first negative experience with Tennova, and I can't really say I've had anything else in dealing with them. Not that I can say any of the others are good either but this company is definitely the bottom of the barrel. No, I'm not going to call my concerns into anyone unless you want to pay my $600/hr. business consulting fee.

I was very disappointed by how the staff treated me. I'd talk about the doctors, but I never got…read moreto meet one, just a guy whom I think was an intern. First: an hour between my appointment and when they saw me Second: While I was there for arm tingling and shoulder pain, the intern decided that in fact I had neck pain, and proceeded to treat me for that. Third: I was told I was going to another center for a cortisone shot. When I contacted them, I was scheduled for cervical injections. This had NEVER been discussed with me. Fourth: they rarely return a phone call. When I contacted the office about why I was getting a treatment they hadn't described, I was told, "Well, they're injecting you with cortisone." A shot is not the same as an epidural! I wanted to speak to the doctor about this. No dice - you don't get to speak to a doctor, they are ALWAYS in surgery. The nurse finally called me back (after the time when I was scheduled for the procedure, which I cancelled) to tell me I was wrong, the physician was right, and I needed to do what I was told. A big problem here is that I'd requested the notes on my meeting with the intern. When I finally received them (and I had to ask three times), they described pain that I didn't have. When I asked about this, they told me, "Yes, you DO have that pain - we were told that by your primary care provider." This HAD come up in my discussion with the intern, where he tried to steer me toward saying, "I have neck pain." When I wouldn't say that, he wrote it down anyway, and began treating me for it. If you're going to go here, I HIGHLY recommend that you demand those meeting notes and make sure they're treating you for the actual problem you have
