Good selection. Prices could be better. They also don't arrange the flowers for you unless you call ahead.

After years recovering from a string a difficult events on my life I decided to order flower for myself, since no one will have this type of detail for me and I love flowers. I did my order online. In the Billing address was my information and the address my card is attached to. On the delivery address I put my office address and again my name since there for me. today I received an email to contact the store regarding my order. I call and the lady start asking me over and over if I am the one receiving the flowers. 3 times I confirmed that I was receiving the flowers and the address Of delivery, yet she kept asking the same over and over to the point were I have to tell her, Yes I purchase flowers for myself, yes I will received them, yes I paid for them and no, I did not need you to shame me because I am giving myself flowers. The fact that her brain could not register that the reason the name of purchaser is the one receiving the flowers for about 15 minutes was completely exasperating and made me feel like a fool. I hung up the phone feeling depress instead of happy for making a detail for myself. You think that after that interaction that would be the end of it. But no, then another lady (older) with a terrible actitud e contacted me to confirmed the delivery address. the delivery address and billing addresses are different and I have confirmed this on the previos call and were correctly filled on the corresponding field of the webpage platform. Instead of having a great self love experience this people had made me not only want to cancel the order but never again tried to do nice things for myself. way to go French Tulip- pushing client to the edge of depression.

We are having a destination wedding in PR on May 17 and was trying to do business with Floristeria…read moreZuazo for the bride's bouquet and some additional flower packets to use as decoration. We called to get a quote and was asked by Noel to email him with the details. I sent the email on Mar 21. Almost 3 weeks went by without a response to my message. I decided to message him again on April 7, putting as subject 2nd Notice. The message I received the next day from him was that he couldn't understand the message and was confused (after almost 3 weeks). In the message I even included fotos and specified the name of the flowers. I decided to call him because I couldn't figure out what he didn't understand. It took several calls to reach him because every time I called, he was either busy working with someone for a wedding or had left. I asked to give him a message to call me, which he never did. Finally, I reached him and explained myself again regarding the details of the order. He said, he would email me the flowers and flower packets available, which he did. I called him to agree on everything and after agreeing, he said to message him again with the details agreed upon on the phone for a final quote because at that point I said, we wanted to make the payment. I proceeded to email him again on April 17 which was on the same day of the telephone conversation, with everything we had talked about, for the final quote, so that I could make the payment. On April 27 (10 days after my message), I had not heard back from him, so I decided to call, again. I called around 3:00 PM and he was already gone. I talked to Gema and she thought, that it was not 2 weeks yet since I emailed him, so I guess she thought 10 days was not too long of a wait. Duh! Noel, emailed me the next day, which is April 28 and at this point said, he couldn't do the work for me because, he didn't have the flowers available. When, he emailed me last and on our last conversation, he had even given me the prices on the flowers he suggested. At this point, we are only 2 weeks away from the wedding. I spent over a month from March 21 to April 28 dealing with Zuazo, Noel and sometimes Gema, between telephone calls and emails and 2 weeks before the wedding, they said, they can not do the job. I consider Noel and Zuazo to be very unprofessional and irresponsible. He has cause me unneccessary troubles and too much wasted time...SO BEWARE OF ZUAZO!!!
