Zuazo went out of their way to make sure flowers were accepted at the hospital. They called the hospital and made all arrangements necessary. The flowers were delivered the time Zuazo told me and they are beautiful. The flowers and balloon put a big smile on my niece's face... that is worth a million dollars. Once we spoke to Zuazo it was clear that they were on the same page as us, understood what we wanted and how to make it. During the sample we requested a few minor changes which they were able to do with no problem. Their customer service was great and on the day the centerpieces surpassed our expectations. We were glad we hired them and would do so again in the future.
