The paperwork for first time patient information took less than 5 minutes and I was in the examination room immediately. Dr. Patterson was able to remove the debris quickly and I suffered absolutely no discomfort. The total cost of the procedure was $50, even after I told them I didn't have insurance. After suffering through 2 days of dealing with the pain and blurred vision I would have paid them $500. I now know who to call if I ever have another emergency involving my eyes.

I'm very excited and delighted to acknowledge an individual on the Eyemart Express team, TY at the David Mcleod Blvd Eyemart Express,who is clearly an individual who far exceeds these standards. His pride in exceptional customer focus and professionalism was demonstrated to me in my recent Eyemart Express experience. Once my glasses arrived, TY was the Eye technician who fitted my glasses and instructed me that because my prescription changed it might take a week for my eyes to get used to the change and if I had problems to come back and see him. After 2 weeks I still could not see distance very well so after listening to me he tried a great idea and found out that the eye doctor from another eye vision had my prescription wrong. To prove this, he encouraged me to take an eye exam there and the results matched his findings. Because of this, he redid my prescription and refit my new lens!
