You will find many colorful trinkets and it is fun to just browse if you are in the area. I purchased a japanese print cosmetic bag and a headband. The woman behind the counter was very helpful and sweet. I love to go trinket shopping and I will definitely be returning because I love sending my friends back home unique gifts from Florence and this is one of my top spots!

The store is well staffed and they are able and willing to help you find what you need. Their patterns and fabrics change with the seasons. They just had their one year anniversary and I hope they are around for many more! I bought a beautiful a wrap dress in a mustard yellow and blue floral print, reminiscent of the 70's that would rival any DVF pattern for 79€. An asymmetric thin cotton white/pink/mint floral top with ruffle sleeves for 33€ on their sale rack, a white lace long pouf sleeve crew neck for about 59€ and a black crewneck lightweight sweater with the complete back panel being constructed of a perforated scale pattern faux leather material for 46€. Great quality, unique one-of-a-kind designs for a steal! I told my BFF who was traveling there separately and she got some lovely pieces as well. Livia & Viviana are the store owners and lovely friendly small business owners. Will definitely be back to shop more!

She took the time to explain the items she carried, how to care for the item & the pricing variation; they even have someone in the back of the store making the items they sell. It was awesome! She sells everything! Belts, bags, duffels, purses, wallets, backpacks, and much much more. When I come back to Florence, I will definitely be making a stop in here again! I love my stonewashed dusty rose hand woven leather bag. It honestly looks just like the fancy $3K Bottega Veneta bags. It's a medium parachute bag, that's super light weight and very durable. It's a good size, I can throw in my wallet, phone, a water bottle, and still have plenty of room for other stuff without any bulk! Roberta's brother is so passionate about designing the bags and helpful. He patiently answered my questions and explained to me to the process of stonewashing and distressed leather. He was really humble and not at all pushy, finally a shop owner that I can trust! I was able to haggle a little bit by 10% and paid about $150 or so. It was a steal! All of the bags are high quality with unique styles and vibrant colors. There are only a handful of shops that carry hand-woven leather bags and colors like dusty rose or mustard yellow (I was so close to getting another bag!). While everyone raves about Benheart, they are seriously missing out! You are paying for the brand and nice show room than really the product. Roberta's also offers a much more authentic experience and better styles for a fraction of the cost! Given that there are over hundreds of leather shops in Florence, the fact that Roberta's comes up with 4.5+ stars on Yelp, Google, and TripAdvisor, is a true testament of their brand and high quality products. It's my go to leather shop in Florence!
