Dennis Jones was the salesman. He was honest and always available throughout the process. The crew arrived at 7:45 am and worked until around 4 p.m. This took place starting the Tuesday before Memorial weekend. With our permission, they worked Saturday and Memorial Day. By Tuesday the entire job was complete. Everyone that worked on the project was polite and recognized that this was our home and wanted the job to be successful. They asked us when any question came up and made suggestions. For all the painting that was done, they were very neat. Didn't leave any mess. When we did call Dennis with a few punch list items, he sent someone out the next day. All the paint finishes are beautiful, especially my kitchen cabinets. I want to thank them for caring to do such a nice job. I would recommend Premium Painters to anyone.

The top wood panel was only about 1/8 inches thick so you couldn't sand it and the floor division was sold about 20 years ago and we couldn't get the stain. Two floor companies said we need a new floor at the cost of $60,000. Other painters said they couldn't guarantee the new stain would match the old stain. Master Painters took up the challenge and matched the new stain and the old stain perfectively, saving us $60,000. We also purchased hurricane windows and doors. The front door was made out of fiberglass and had a soft brown solid color. We asked Masters Painters to make the door look like wood, highlighting all the wood patterns. It came out perfect again. No one who has visited us knows it's glass and not wood!!

I have built over 500 new homes since 1980 and around 2000 Condo units along with some over 55 gated Communities , all in affluent parts of Connecticut. I say this not to brag but for you the potential customer of Paul's to know and understand what kind of person is giving this 5 star review. There is no body as hard to please as a retired Builder. Matter of fact I had a couple of guys not want to give me prices because they knew upfront I was going to be diligent on their work. Paul and I agreed on a price , I got a written contract. 10 days later the job was done What can I say other than he did my whole house , all interior walls , trim, even repainted the kitchen cabinets. His men and one Gal did a bang up job, they took their time and did it right. I literally didn't even have a punch list after the job was over. That in itself is a first for me. I also priced around being I am new to the area and he wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive.
