This was my first experience ordering flowers from Reeds so I'm not sure if all locations are like this but avoid the Pickering Town Centre location. especially when the coloured hair girl is working. bouquet was 84$ which is expensive for what i received. for my trouble i was offered compensation but after days of not hearing from them, i called back and they offered a 20% of my total in gift cards which wont do me much good since i will not be returning with my business.

What came was a large basket filled with mostly greens and maybe 2 dozen assorted white mums, pink carnations, spray painted daisies and two old lillies. From now on I'll just order online and not leave it up to the 'designer'

I received an email notification that the flowers were delivered on the same day to the recipient (although I didn't confirm with the receiver if they got it as it was for a bereavement and that would just be tacky of me to follow-up with her in her time of grieving). Very good and affordable options for various occasions. Again, as this was an online order, I'm not sure what the end product looked like in comparison to the photo on their website. I highly recommend this company for online delivery of flowers for their quick processing and same day delivery options.

If that's the best bouquet they can make, then this is a 3-star flower shop! One thing I like about this place is the convenience. Whenever I have to send flowers to loved ones in Whitby, this is the only place I know of....UNTIL I do more research on flower shops in the area. I'll give them another shot because unlike a cheating spouse, most deserve a second chance.
