In Oct. 2022, we notice a seam fraying. So I called Wally. I guess it depends on what day of the week you talk to him, but when I talked to him he was usually agitated and rude. He was going to call me when the fabric came in, I had to call him several times. Now he was going to make arrangements with a friend of his to do the repairs. He had many personal issues he needed to handle, which I understand, as we all do. He never called me when he said he was going to call. I finally called him again today, Feb 17, 2023, I proposed to him that I pick up the material and since I had to pay for the labor, I could take it to get it repaired. He was more polite after that suggestion. I should have looked at the material before I left, but I thought it would have been checked out when it was delivered to his store, and of course it has a big flaw in the middle of the back of the chair. It seems his brother owns Jasens Fine Furniture, looks like we should have gone there. He should let some of his other staff speak with the customers, they seem more polite and not as defensive. And now I am stuck with a chair that needs repair with no material. And I will NOT put myself through discussing this with Wally any further. Sorry I could only submit this with one star, would not allow no stars.

They delivered on-time a face cord of seasoned firewood on 11/20/2020 for a price of $200.00. The driver was friendly and polite and I was told they accept check or cash for payment, therefore I paid in cash for the load. I felt that the price was high yet I was told on the phone that the distance of 12 miles was added in extra for a delivery charge. SMH This business is located in Armada, Michigan off of 32 Mile Rd. which in calculation to my home off of 22 Mile Rd. equaled a total of 10 miles from business yard to my driveway. The firewood load had many large stump pieces that needed to be split and cut in order to fit inside the insert of my fireplace. Oh Well, seeing was believing plus I assumed that all companies split the wood on the thinner side. After All I've been buying firewood since 1992. The wood burned great and lasted till Feburary 1, 2021. Price too high! We were looking for small bins to tidy up our cupboards and linen closet and found just what we needed. We also found a nice coat rack for the wall by our back door. The staff was super friendly and helpful with their suggestions as they guided us to what we were looking for. As of this writing 5/10/26 they're condensing the store to make room for Bed Bath and Beyond merchandise, so there's some great clearance prices. We're looking forward to returning for more organization ideas and to see the look of the store once the transformation is complete. Keep this store in mind if your spaces need organizing because there is definitely something for every room and everybody.
