Patiently explained all the options which led me to making a perfect decision - amazing square box of red & white fresh roses + a nice white teddy bear as a birthday gift to a friend. Even gave me hints on how to carry the heavy box and avoid breaking the paper bag. Gave out the flower food for free. I was also amazed that the pricing was absolutely adequate - no overcharging on anything! Also asked about how would they handle a delivery in case a person would not be at home - they would call them and then the orderer and check whether to leave the delivery with the register or do another re-delivery later with the transparent re-delivery fee.
