I always ask the recipient to send me a photo. The arrangement sent, in addiiton to it be a scaled down version of what I ordered, didn't look anything like what I ordered. Instead of roses and mini-carnations, they sent a bouquet of daisys. Pictures below. I ordered by phone and made a special point that I expected the arrangement to be of Premium value and close to what I ordered. They assured me no problem. When I saw what was sent I called, asked for the owner, and asked for a partial reimbursement at the very least to the Standard pricing. After being "talked over" by the owner, he finally begrudgingly agreed. He claimed it was "fair and equal value". I can assure you it wasn't even close. Beware!

Never coming back here - they appear to be unpleasant if you're not from the neighborhood…read more One of the sales florists was nice enough and helped me select a nice plant for a friend. As she prepared my order, she and her colleagues were all speaking in English, chatting about a story. i was not asked to wait in any specific area of the shop, so i ended up awkwardly standing near one of the ladies who was working on an arrangement. As soon as the ladies finished chatting about the story, they all immediately switched to another language. It's 2019 people - everyone in a working environment knows this is rude. If you all were speaking English the whole time, why switch to a foreign language just as i happen to be standing nearby? Meanwhile, as they each maneuvered past me to access one of the tables, no one ever said "Excuse me," or "Kindly wait over here". It seemed that i was just expected to get out of the way without even being acknowledged. Strike one. As the clerk was wrapping up my purchase, other patrons started to come into the shop, and she started rushing the wrapping - initially creating a look that lacked symmetry and looked like a child had done it. i had to specifically request that she fix it, which is ridiculous because she's the florist! Doesn't she know what a beautiful presentation looks like? Strike two - it was clear she was hurrying my order to attend to the other shoppers. At one point, a young gentleman came into the shop and requested orchids. One of the florists asked him repeatedly what kind he wanted, and it was clear he had no idea. Instead of calmly and immediately directing him to their selection, she starts to ask him difficult questions like "Do you want the Phalaenopsis orchid or a different kind?" i couldn't believe my ears! What average customer knows the Latin nomenclature for types of orchids? The poor guy looked so stressed out. Strike three. This place is clearly lacking in customer service. i may be biased because i've trained business owners in customer service in 4 countries, so my standards are a bit high; but when you intentionally make your patrons feel uncomfortable, i must call you out on it. It's a shame because their flowers are quite pretty. They may want to work on overall shop layout, however. Everything appears jumbled and haphazard as you survey the selection of flowers. i won't be back.

Not only did they provide fresh flowers for my bars and host stands, but they also did the gardening outside of our restaurant for many years quarterly. They are a bit on the pricey side, but sometimes it's about quality not quantity. They do great work and I couldn't help but recommend them for anyone who's looking for floral services in that area.

Initially I was very upset because my husband went to pick up my order for 2 bouquets and they couldn't find the prepaid order. They somehow forgot to make them and rushed together the bouquets while he waited in the shop. I was fuming back at the apt because we were supposed to leave for my daughter's graduation right at that time. He brought the bouquets back and was also irritated that we were running late. I have to admit that the assembly of the arrangements could have used more attention but since they did rush it, they seemed to have put in a lot of the pricier flowers as consolation. The flowers themselves were beautiful so I was able to open up the bigger bouquet and rearrange it a little to look a little more balanced. The smaller bouquet didn't have as many of the higher priced flowers but looked more balanced. They definitely carry beautiful flowers and I am grateful that they were able to whip them out quickly. I wish I didn't have to go through the massive panic attack at pick up. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and believe that I was a fluke case. Above blurb was sitting as a draft for years now but I want to follow it with some solid praise. My daughter is now attending college in nyc and I have been sending her flowers monthly through various flower shops in Manhattan and I have yet to have come across flowers that were as pretty and fresh as the ones from your shop. Just wanted to give praise where praise is due. I will call you to arrange for her future flower deliveries. Thanks!

The excuses given for the inability to retrieve messages and place orders is unacceptable given the florists surrounding this establishment that would gladly accept business. Asking for a specific bouquet advertised with images online is met with "back order for specific items in bouquet, but we will make it beautiful for you." It's pot luck on what will end up being delivered, and the item being replaced is usually what makes the arrangement unique and valuable. Adding greenery to replace roses just doesn't cut it, as the price isn't adjusted for supply shortage. Having to call repeatedly to confirm order was received and to see where the order is delivery wise is met with staff shortage and no one calls to explain the delay. End result- flowers and vases are wonderful in the end, but be prepared for the recipient not receiving exactly what you ordered. It would be helpful to add the flower powder envelope that extends the life of the flowers as well as instructions on caring for them.
