I bought a centerpiece for my girlfriend's 50th birthday dinner celebration at Carr's. As I am making my purchase, I asked if I could purchase some rose petals to sprinkle on the table. Lewis said, "Happy to!" I mentioned I was just in town for the dinner and loved the quaint shops. He offered to personally deliver the arrangement to Carr's so I can explore the city without having to carry the arrangement around. To my surprise, Lewis turned our table into the most talked about table the guests have seen! Everyone wanted to know the name of the florist. Thank you, Lewis!! The (what I assume is the owner/proprietor) not only dropped what she was working on to help me but she got me exactly what I needed. I kind of wanted to put this together myself, or at least have a hand in it besides just picking from a catalogue. She let me arrange, she helped with wiring and ribbon tying, and taught me some tidbits along the way about the flowers. If you're just looking for a bouquet to hand someone or place in your home... with none of yourself invested into it, then sure you can go to a big box store. I even considered a big box store for convenience. But, the attention this place gave me was worth more than a big Mart could offer. A+.

Riverside Blooms was the perfect choice for our June wedding. We knew we wanted to do create our…read moreown floral arrangements and getting them right from the grower was the perfect solution. We spoke with Marci about 9 months before we got married to discuss the types of flowers and colors we loved and what she had available in our crops. More than the exact flowers, the colors were what was most important to us. We wanted bright and fun pops of color everywhere and WOW did Marci deliver! We chose a few set types of flowers and paired them with some of her grower's buckets - blooms and greenery of her choice to fill the amount of stems we estimated we'd need. She and her crew are so incredibly talented and the hard work and dedication they put into their farm and crops definitely shows. RB was so easy to work with from start to finish. We visited Marci at the farm to talk through some options initially, then everything else was done through email, payments were done through their online portal, and we picked everything up two days before our wedding. They provided all the stems in buckets for us to easily transport home and the flowers were even more beautiful than I had pictured. Everything was prepared perfectly and was easily ready for us to turn into arrangements the next day. Whether you're ordering pre-made flower arrangements or you are up for the challenge of DIY-ing your flowers, or if you're just looking for some beautiful bouquets as you're driving past their farm...Riverside Blooms is definitely the way to go. All our friends and family commented on the flowers and how beautiful they were. After the wedding, I was able to save my bouquet and my husband's boutonniere, preserve them in resin, and we created book ends for a bookcase in our house. Now we get to enjoy our wedding flowers for years to come! Thank you, Marci and team, for everything! We are so grateful for your help and talent and thrilled to have gotten to enjoy your gorgeous flowers on our big day.

She has the most…read morebeautiful selection of dresses but more importantly she really spends the time to customize the dress to your dreams. I didn't have a lot of time compared to most wedding timelines so I was in the market for the "off the rack" dress. I must have visited at least 10 places in the Philly area before going with my future mother-in-law in the groom's hometown of Lancaster. Patricia's boutique was my 3rd visit in the area and it was a breath of fresh air! I found a dress that I loved! The problem was that it didn't have the straps which were an absolute requirement for me but luckily Patricia had the vision. She added the most beautiful straps. They were perfectly integrated into the dress. I went to 3-4 fittings and Patricia always worked around my busy schedule. The little touches, like little red accents (my wedding color) really made the dress perfect and I am sure I would not have received that kind of attention to detail at a big bridal store. I had a destination wedding in Madrid, Spain in August 2015. Everything about our wedding day was perfect, including the dress.
