I worked with Stephanie and told her about my vision for our big day. She was absolutely wonderful, she "saw" my vision and was able to make it come to life for our big day. We also rented candlesticks that went on the guest dinner tables. We had a couple in person meetings, first to show her my ideas and talk about design, colors, pricing and then within a month of our wedding to look at a sample arrangement and see if any changes needed to be made. I was greeted by two ladies I'm sorry I didn't get the second lady's name but I know McKenzie made the flower bouquet (pictured) that is just absolutely beautiful. I didn't expect that they'd have all kinds of gifts like hand creams, candles, gifts for any occasion, flowers in the showcase & plants that you can handpick and purchase. On every Friday they have five dollar bucket that McKenzie puts together when you walk right in the front door, This is a shout out to the Stetson students. They were so cute in a little bouquet wrapped that you could really make somebody's day for just five dollars!! If you are in this area please take ten minutes to stop in this place. Both women were so nice. Service was impeccable. The store was so clean and bright with windows everywhere. I could've probably spent an hour in there if I had the time. I explained the situation, said I needed same day delivery, and that I just wanted it to be a medium sized, happy bouquet. It didn't have to have any specific flowers in it. (Which usually makes for a cheaper price because Florist's choice uses whatever they have available) The girl on the phone asked me to look at a specific bouquet on their website, and I said it was very pretty, but I didn't need that bouquet as I wanted to stay within my price point of $45. She said she understood, explained it would be an extra $15 for same day delivery. My mother received the flowers, and although beautiful, she said, "I hope you didn't A lot of money on this because it is very small and not much in it". She sent me the attached picture, and imagine my surprise when I saw that they charged me almost $90!! I called the florist the next day and I asked for the manager/owner to call me back. I had a nice conversation with Andy. She apologized for the absolute communication breakdown with her employee, and refunded $25. Normally a situation like this would get one star from me, But the way that the owner handled it, calmly while taking responsibility, warranted some respect. The flowers delivered were pretty, but certainly not $90 pretty. I would use this florist again, but I would make sure they understood exactly what I wanted and I would know the total price before we hung up.
